There are several important factors to keep in mind as you decide to join Taxgate

What is the 'Down Side'?

Employees of large corporations have only a fair to fair+ chance of success getting the accountants to see the laws and realize that they must obey the laws like the rest of us... these depend on the several circumstances involved:

Does their legal department obey the law as written or is their only concern maintaining the 'status quo'?

Is the Employee willing to approach them properly with the proper documentation and attempt to take the time to show them what the law states and how it defines gross income and wages?

Is the employee afraid of being thought of as a 'trouble maker' by someone in the accounting dept?

Would the employee be willing to take the employer to State court in the event the employer simply wishes to disregard or doesn't understand the IRS statutes?

It has been found in our experience that for government workers the process of obtaining your rights as a U.S. Citizen, or contract for your services through a third party employee leasing company, appears to be quite remote at this time. It is apparent that this type of employment situation will be the final place that the status quo will be set aside. Please call us to be certain, as he is looking into the laws regarding withholding for government employees.

Nevertheless, we have experience with many government employees asserting their rights despite the odds against them, and we do know that if enough individuals band together, changes can happen.

In the case of large corporations (like AT&T, GTE, GM, etc.) it may take some effort on the part of the employee to have them cease wage withholding, but the opportunity for third party contracting will be available in some instances.

We write because we do not want any employees of the government or very large corporations to join us with any misperceptions of what we know are, in some special cases, heavy odds against their success. Those who still wish to insist that the laws be obeyed and make pressure along with others are welcome to join in the movement.

In an effort to help now...

We have seen enough of insufficient and/or off-point arguments and theories being used, that lead many people into trouble (click here to read "The Crow"), that just did not have to occur. That is why we are making this effort to spread the truth within the law to all people at no charge in the publicly accessible area of Taxgate, so that newly awakened Citizens will not be making frivolous and twisted arguments that have been long known, by the more experienced, as destined for big trouble and/or incorrect. We do not hold to U.C.C., Federal Zone (other U.S. Citizen), State Citizen, or non-resident alien arguments, nor do we endorse them being used in relationship to taxation. Some may have some basis in fact, but it will have to be another time in the future, after the people are free, for these things to be argued and decided.

We cannot take any responsibility for the misuse of this material, by it being convoluted with Federal Zone, non-resident, and U.C.C. arguments and phrases. All correspondence must be by the letter of the law, and as unencumbered by extraneous material as possible in order to be seen as being presented in good faith and readable by the government recipient.

This is our effort to communicate to you that each individual is ultimately responsible for himself in his education and the handling of his own case. What we are doing here is not to be construed in any way as giving legal advice, but to give each person an opportunity to review the law, our research, and the applications which we have considered. We will try to have someone available (for an additional fee) for the member to talk with if he feels that he would like a personal explanation or exposure to the material.

Acknowledging that we live in such turbulent times under this Executive Rebellion, it is very important that any prospective member who has assets which may be substantial, and at risk by their assertion of their rights, is encouraged to first investigate a proper course of action to eliminate those risks before taking any decisive action such as not filing a return. The Institute may be called upon to help in directing the member to some sources for information on gross income avoidance, but will not be able to provide this type of service.  It is highly specialized and we have yet to find those providing it at economical rates (really cheap), or through multi-level operations capable of the level of Privacy and ability needed to make such arrangements impenetrable.

Misperceptions

In our prior experience with other tax organizations and concepts, we have found that misperceptions were allowed to be held by those joining in. The members were allowed to believe that they were privy to some imagined 'Silver Bullet' that would force the IRS, the courts, and the member's associates to conduct themselves lawfully.  Because of this we are compelled by our sense of honesty and fairness to explain to all prospective Members that the substance of our research and developed strategy, while it is the most successful methodology out there, is exactly that, research and strategy.

They  will work only as long as others are able to understand, and willing to obey, the laws as written.

In the case of  employers, a good number of them simply haven't been familiarized with the laws involved, or in some instances, are not willing to defy the 'status quo' just yet. We can explain to them that they will probably lose if it went to court, but how many of you are willing to confront your employer with court and have them label you as an 'upstart'?

That is all the more reason to at least call and write our elected officials, and let them hear your voice in this matter... whether or not you become a member of Taxgate.

Keep in mind that we are utilizing the laws and administrative procedures as written, but  we cannot guarantee that they will obey the laws and procedures as written. At this point, some do and some do not... and not everyone wishes to fight it in court if necessary.

Honestly...

We know from prior applications of our research that we can offer success in good situations, hope in hopeful situations, an argument in argumentative situations, or evidence of an assertion of one's rights and law in a difficult situation. The last thing we want to sell anyone is a line of ‘blue sky’, ‘have no worries’, ‘we will make the employer obey the law' lies.

We are not interested in cheating our fellow public or having fraud charges levied against us, so we will not promise anything specific as each case is like a snowflake... there are no two alike.

There is other information available from this site that can be very useful, but as for gaining what is rightfully yours, we want you to have your eyes open on the way in, not on the way out.
