Pandacan oil depot, malls guarded against NPA attack

Not taking lightly an intelligence report that communist urban guerrillas were planning to stage terrorist attacks in Metro Manila, police yesterday tightened security around the oil depot in Pandacan and other key installations that could be likely targets.
