as our musical (Folk/Celtic) guest this year, and Alice

Rates: Memberships are $40 until
9/9, and $45 after that and at the door.
One-days are $15/30/15 for Fri/Sat/Sun. Children (ages 3-12) are 1/2 current
adult rates.

Per night rates are $69 (studio room) or $79 (2-room suite).
Be sure to mention "TusCon" to get these rates. Our room block expires
on 10/13/2002,
so reserve your room early. The hotel has graciously extended our
rates for one day
before and after the convention for those who wish to stay longer.
Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, plus each room
includes a full, buffet breakfast in PJ's Cafe (in the Lobby area) !
The InnSuites has 4 handicapped-accessible rooms available.
The InnSuites does allow pets, but only with a $25 non-refundable
deposit and
the room will be a smoking room.
To
get to the hotel from I-10, take the Speedway exit and head East to Main.
Turn right onto Main and, after about a mile (and across the railroad
tracks),
turn right into the hotel (just
after St. Mary's road).
NOTICE 1: We are looking for volunteers
to help with various aspects of TusCon.
If you make yourself available for 10+ hours of on-duty time, you will
receive a
membership to next year's TusCon at 1/2 the normal price. The areas
where we
need the most help are Art Show setup/knockdown,
Registration
and general gophers. Working in these areas is a good way to see
what
happens behind the scenes and to see why we want to
do this every year.
