Cro-Hook Eyeglasses Case


This was my first attempt to us a double ended crochet hook and it might be a good pattern for other beginners too. It's just the very basic pattern.

Constrasting Color Worsted Weight Yarn (CC)
Main Color Worsted Weight Yarn (MC)
Size K double ended crochet hook
Size I hook

Row 1: Ch 25 with mc, draw up lp in second ch from hook, draw up lop in each ch across (25 loops on hook) TURN
Row 2: With cc, work lps off hook DO NOT TURN
Row 3: Skip first vertical bar of row just completed, draw up lp on next vertical bar and each bar across. TURN.
Row 4: With mc work lps of hook.
Row 5: Rep row 3.
Rows 6-22: Rep rows 2-5 ending with row 4.
Row 23: Skip first vertical bar of row just completed, sl st in next vertical bar and each one across. Fasten off, weave in ends.
Sew long ends and one short side together. Turn right side out. With I hook and mc sc across top of eye glasses holder. Fasten off, weave in ends. Fold top down and insert eye glasses.
