Lambiel has unusual spin positions in his programs. He admires Todd Eldredge for his career, Alexei Yagudin for
his personality and Evgeni Plushenko for his technique. He aspires to become a medical doctor. Lambiel had to
undergo knee surgery in November 2002, but came back strong shortly after that to win his third National title.
