List Description:

It can be especially hard to be vegan/vegetarian... checking every ingredient, asking the waiter if there is chicken broth in such-in-such, asking dear old grandma(!) if she put chicken broth in the soup she just served you. This discussion list is for newbie tips and suggestions. Plus - it's a great place to vent frustrations.
