| British Airways is latest Domodedovo recruit The British Airways announcement that it will transfer all its Moscow services from Sheremetyevo to Domodedovo Airport from 1 July has given a big boost to the airport. The BA decision recognises the tremendous progress made at the airport by the East Line Group (see Jane's Airport Review, March 2003, page 10), which has invested some US$350 million to turn the airport into the most modern in Russia. 13-Mar-03 RELATED ARTICLE: Domodedovo takes Moscow lead Algeria suffers its worst air disaster In the country's worst air disaster, an Air Algerie Boeing 737 has crashed in southern Algeria, killing all but one of the 103 people on board.
