  SLEEVES
 
 

Row 1: 
Join with sc to any stitch in bottom of armhole.  Sc in each stitch around.  Sl st to 1st sc.  (30 sc)
Row 2 - 6: Ch 2. Do not turn.  Dc in each sc around.  Join with sl st to top of ch 2. 
Row 7: 
(decrease row) 
Ch 1,  sc in same space as joining.  *Sc the next two stitches together (decrease made), sc in next sc*.  Repeat from * to * across.  Sc in last dc.  sl st to join.
Row 8:  Ch 1, sc in same stitch and each stitch around.  Join.
Row 9:  *Ch 2, hdc in same stitch.  Skip next stitch.  Sl st in next stitch.*  Repeat from * to * around.  Join.  Fasten off.

BOTTOM EDGING
 
Join with sl st to corner of left front bottom.  Ch 2, hdc in same stitch.  Skip next stitch.  Sl st in next stitch*.  Repeat from * to * across bottom.  Sl stich in opposite bottom corner.  Fasten off.

FINISHING
 
Sew buttons on and place 1 ribbon rose at the top of each 7 trc group in pinapples around body of sweater.
