In Celebration of the Summer Solstice!
On the evening
of the solstice, the longest day of the year, Revels will celebrate
on the waterfront beside The Children's Museum, Boston, with a
Parade, a 90-minute performance, and the lighting of a midsummer
beacon.

Grand Procession
down Congress Street-- with oxen drawn carts, Scottish
highland pipes, Caribbean steel drums, circus performers, morris
dancers, a Chinese lion, larger-than-life puppets and the Padstow
'Obby 'Oss from England.
7:30 pm A
90-minute long Midsummer Revels performance on the outdoor terrace
of The Children's Museum with a cast of more than 80 performers--the
Revels chorus of adults and children, The Branches Pan Groove
Steel Orchestra, The Pinewoods Morris Men, Revels favorites David
Coffin and Janice Allen, and some of the best dancers and instrumentalists
in New England.
Ending at sundown,
with the lighting of a Midsummer beacon.
