管德林 男 1941年6月16日生 教授 主任医师

    现任首都医科大学泌尿外科研究所副所长、北京红十字朝阳医院泌尿科主任、国际器官移植学会会员、中国透析移植研究会委员、中国人工器官学术委员会委员、卫生部器官移植重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国医学信息学会北京分会理事、中华器官移植杂志编委、肾脏病与透析肾移植杂志编委、透析与人工器官杂志编委。

    1965年以优异成绩毕业于首都医科大学医疗系，分配在北京友谊医院泌尿科工作。早年在著名泌尿科专家吴阶平教授亲授下从医，任泌尿外科医生34年。能诊治泌尿科各种疑难病症和完成肾上腺肿瘤切除、前列腺癌根治和尿路改道等复杂手术，并有所创新。1988年在国内首先建立了膀胱全切后重建可控性低压回肠代膀胱手术。1992年在国内较早实施了剪裁式回肠代输尿管手术。

    在肾脏移植和血液透析领域进行了较深入的临床和基础研究。1980年婴幼儿肾脏移植给成人的研究获得成功，扩大了供肾来源。肾移植中多枝血管的处理、右肾静脉延长用于肾移植的研究，使紧缺的肾脏得以合理应用。1984年赴美国哈佛医学院附属医院学习血液透析和肾移植，回国后与于惠元教授一起创建国内现代化大型血液透析中心，完成15，000以上例次血液透析。1985至1991年，探索高危人群肾移植，为41例高龄和并发结核病、糖尿病和泌尿系畸型患者进行肾移植。1985年首创保存人体动脉用于血液透析，已在国内推广应用，并应邀在第六届世界人工器官会议作学术报告。1986年在国内率先开展了颈内静脉插管用于血液透析，并设计和实施10余种动、静脉内瘘手术。1988年建立了大鼠肾移植模型，研究人工虫草菌粉(Q80)免疫抑制作用，在国内首先用于肾移植临床，并应邀出席第三世界肾病会议(哈瓦那)，作题为“Q80在肾移植的实验和临床研究”的报告，并担任主席团成员。1990年开展了肾缺血/再灌注损伤及其防治的研究。1994年出席第十五届国际器官移植会议，作题为“中国肾移植受者环孢素治疗窗”的报告。1994年赴新加坡中央医院研修一年，回国后在北京红十字朝阳医院开展了HLA配型工作，按主要位点错配少于3个选择供受者进行了768例肾移植，提高了移植肾和患者的成活率。1996年进行了胰肾联合移植的实验与临床研究，1997年12月27日成功地完成了国内首例术后不用胰岛素 无并发症的胰肾联合移植手术，患者胰肾功能正常。目前已完成同类手术9例。

    现承担卫生部“骨髓诱导免疫耐受的实验与临床研究”和“胰肾联合移植术式的研究”科研课题。

    担任首都医科大学教学工作33年，现任首都医科大学硕士生导师，1997年受聘第四军医大学博士生导师。

    十几年来获北京市级、局级科技进步奖和成果奖10项；在国内、国外发表论文40余篇；主要著作有《血液透析》,《血液净化》和《泌尿外科疾病》等；为中国医学科学院情报所翻译《美国泌尿科杂志》论题索引15年。曾应邀赴美国等十几个国家进行国际学术交流。
