General information

This program allows you to create and modify Microsoft keyboard layout files. It works with Windows 95, Windows 95-OSR/2, Windows 98 and Windows ME operating systems. Also, it works with Windows NT 4.0, Windows XP, and Windows 2000 operating systems. It works both as a standalone application and Control Panel item (Keyboard Layout Manager icon). You can restore your layouts to the Microsoft defaults by uninstalling this software.
Note:This program does not modify Microsoft layout files directly. It overwrites them with generated files.

• make a dead key and diacritic key combinations (supported in Pro and 2000 edition),

• make some key act as a different key (for example, to make Numpad '+' key behave like Tab key) - supported in 2000 edition.
