New media director
The Dodge City Daily Globe is seeking a new media director.
This individual will manage and maintain the daily operations of DodgeGlobe.com, the Dodge City Daily Globešs
primary Web site. S/he will update the site daily and work with both the editorial and advertising staff to envision
opportunities in new media, create online advertising programs, develop multimedia content packages and meet revenue goals.
The ideal candidate is a reliable project manager with both Internet and journalism knowledge. Job requirements include familiarity with
HTML and java scripting and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic programs.
Additional requirements include strong written and verbal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, the ability to operate
independently and make good decisions and experience in a team-oriented setting.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
