THE MISSION OF ANGLION
Greatness is having never intended it. It is the humility of heart and mind that remains unchanged by public disdain. It is a discovery of something valuable within the deepest source of being, and which fearlessly expresses itself although inconvenient and unfashionable to do so. It is the inspiration of the truth within and yet apart from the individual, and it is the act of knowledge which distinguishes popular acclaim from the profound voice of the soul within which says: Well done, my good and faithful servant. Greatness is the unaided event of the truth because a soul has listened to God rather than to man. It is the integrity of truth which has granted the individual his or her own integrity without supplication or solicitation. It is the transformation from a self-acclaiming and self-blaming person into someone whose only loyalty and allegiance is to the truth itself and for the sake of love.
Greatness of soul and character is not what one aspires to. It is what occurs within the person who makes himself ready for the truth. Greatness is the simple goodness which knows love and truth as the two inseparable attributes of the Divine itself, and it is the voluntary submission to become a part of this manifestation of God Himself, not as a dogmatist but as a person freed of his own inclinations toward a doctrinaire attitude, and one who has chosen to become a spiritual cosmopolitan in the midst of a provincial world.
These statements are in keeping with the science of numerical correspondence which is a simple mathematical function of transforming letters into numerals and words into numbers so that the authority vested in such a study no longer relies upon a person's statement but rather upon the immutable function of mathematics as a language in itself.
This advent of numerical correspondence is what the heavenly society called Anglion is involved in, as well as its earthly representative called The Center Of Sacred Studies. The only greatness in existence is God's truth, but its entry into the individual's life is only through love. When the ego's barriers against the truth are removed the individual finds himself free to become a friend and companion of the Lord God as a Divine-Person rather than an all-powerful and abstract deity. Only a love for truth can defeat the ego's sinister designs on the individual who was kept chained in the social penitentiary as a victim of having believed man rather than God. The soul knows its Divine Creator, and like a wandering sheep knows its master's voice. By removing the barriers between the soul and the mind the royal pathway between God and His creations is restored, and this is accomplished only through love which is the absence of fear.
The Anglion mission is to present a simplified way of receiving heavenly truth through a self-evident process. The Anglion Society is religious only by generic association, but its definition is that of a spiritual advent and way of thinking and living. In Anglion it is well known that the need of all people is the healing of the mind.
The study of numerical correspondence is actually an introduction into the renewed mind which has chosen healing as its remedy. It is an adventure into the realm of God's love which releases one from fear, irrational arguments and superstitious attitudes gleaned from a fear-based society. This study is a relief from attempting to believe in something which may verbally remain aloof from the understanding. It is a rudimentary way of learning an angelic language which uses the alphabet of the truth, free of favorite opinion and philosophical inclination. It is like going to school again where all the teachers are prime numbers and cannot utter an untruth even if desired.
The Anglion Society was founded in the heavenly world, not by any man or philosophy or religion, but as a pathway of light in this spiritual age of seeking men and women whose real concerns are those of the heart and soul of life, a way of allowing God to install His program of thinking and living in a healed mind ready and willing to accept the treasures of heaven in a child-like way. It is a new curriculum of learning, new only because it always existed as the individual's revelation which may be manifested as one becomes ready for it, much as one would properly dress for a friend's wedding ceremony. But in this case the Heavenly Bridegroom stands at the door, ready to be married to His vast humanity, the bride of all the ages as the Heavenly New Jerusalem descends into every willing heart and mind.
