The overall response to The RAD contest was overwhelming. With over 2,300 registrations, we had the tough task of narrowing down to three zonal finalists per city.

These zonal finalists presented at The Developers’ Nite held across the cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune.

Six zonal winners emerged. The competition only got tougher. But everyone wins here. The bottom-line lies in the passion with which these applications were architected, and developed.

However, only one of the six zonal winners walks away with the Tablet PC. Two walk away with a Pocket PC, and the other three get a swanky mobile phone.

To the other participants, MSDN will present plenty of more opportunities to win. Keep that passion alive!
The Judging Criteria

The judges present at the Developers’ Nite decided the zonal winners from three zonal finalists.

Further, the applications of the zonal winners were put through a rigorous quality monitoring and testing phase by Technical Evangelists at Microsoft India.

Each feature was graded on a scale of 1 to 10.

And the tabulated scores decided the winner.

And now the moment that all have been waiting for…
