I am an author, physical culturist, body maintenance specialist, plus sometimes a personal trainer and Olympic style weightlifting coach. My experience extends back over 40 years with fitness and strength training as a former bodybuilder, competitive weightlifter, powerlifter, swimmer, and cyclist.
