These little hearts would make great fridgies, pins or if you made 2 and joined
them together, they would make a nice sachet.
I used scraps of 4 ply worsted weight yarn and an I hook. The hearts are
approximately 3 wide by 2 high.

Row 1:    Chain 4, join to make a loop. Chain 3 (counts as 1st dc), into the loop,
work 4 more dc, 1 trc, chain 1, 1trc, 5 dc. Chain 1 and turn.

Row 2:    Work 1 sc in first st. Work 5 dc in next st. Work 1 sc in each of next 3
sts. Work 1 sc, chain 1, 1sc in the chain 1 space between trc sts. Work 1 sc in
each of next 3 sts. Work 5 dc in next st. Work 1 sc in end of first chain 3. Finish
off.

Weave ends into middle stitches around loop.
Trim with a bow, or as desired.
