Online Support Options
The Support area of the Apple website is the primary source for online support for Apple customers. It includes the following helpful resources:

Knowledge Base is Apple’s new support database and contains current and recent product technical information, software downloads, troubleshooting tips, and how to articles.
Discussions facilitates the exchange of ideas, problems, and solutions. Use product specific discussion boards to post your questions and receive answers.
Software Downloads are now part of the Knowledge Base. You can find featured and recent downloads with links to archived downloads as well.
Knowledge Base Archive provides technical documents for products released prior to November of 1997.

Technical Support Options
To get technical assistance by phone, call 1-800-275-2273. If your product is within its 90-day complimentary support period or covered by an AppleCare Protection Plan, you will not have to pay for the call. Otherwise, you may purchase per-incident support for $49.
