Thanksgiving Day Treats
Happy Thanksgiving Mythers Everywhere!
Just in time for Thanksgiving and the holiday season, MythDev is please to announce the opening of the public beta period for the next release of Myth III: The Wolf Age.
Version 1.2b1 is now available for download here from MythDev. You can use the download links on the right hand side of this screen or go to the downloads page to get the files you need.
It's important to note that 1.2 is NOT COMPATIBLE with 1.1. There are some tag updates and changes to code that make compatibility impossible at this point. We feel that everyone playing Myth III should update to 1.2b1 as soon as possible to take advantage of performance improvements and new features.

MythDev To Appear On MacRadio.com
On this Monday's (November 24th's) broadcast of The Gamesome Mac, the Mac gaming radio program, hosts Sean Smith and Omaha Sternberg talk with Michael "Blades" Bagnall, president and project coordinator of MythDevelopers.
MythDevelopers are the maintainers and current developers of the "Myth" series of real-time strategy games, originally developed by Bungie and MumboJumbo. A group of volunteer programmers, artists, modelers, and others, they have brought such enhancements as OpenGL acceleration, native Mac OS X support, and PlayMyth.net networking to "Myth: The Fallen Lords," "Myth II: Soulblighter," and "Myth III: The Wolf Age."
The Gamesome Mac can be heard live on MacRadio from 6 to 8 pm Pacific Time, 9 to 11 pm Eastern (Tuesday from 0200 to 0400 UTC), and on demand thereafter. Listeners can tune in at The Gamesome Mac's web page , where they'll also find archives of past broadcasts. QuickTime 5 or 6 and a 28 kbps or faster Internet connection
