life was so many beautiful things
that most will never see.
these past 10 years, you've been in my thoughts many times.
i'm so thankful now that i got to talk to you last week,
that we at least had that half-hour to talk
about music

about where our lives had run away to,

and now your journey is done.
you lost control to your demons and
when your heart stopped friday,
