Scored the only and winning goal against Holland Under 21s in Youth International tournament on Dutch soil.  He moved to Gillingham making his Football League debut aged only 18. Graham averaged a goal every two games whilst playing for Barnet, Wycombe Wanderers, Enfield, Aylesbury and Kingstonian,  winning various competitive and representative honours before concentrating on business interests and playing local Ryman League football. He managed Kingstonian at the tender age of 28, steering them from relegation danger to mid table security in 1997 and subsequently spent a short time in charge at Enfield. More recently he has spent 3 1/2 successful years at Farnborough Town, winning Charity Shield, League Cup, League Championship, a BBC Team award and took his side to the FA Cup 4th round where they  were finally put out by Arsenal on a memorable day at Highbury. He was also Ryman Manager of the year in 2001 after securing promotion back into the Conference for the Hampshire outfit. Took Boro from 21st position to 12th in the last 3 months of his first season at Broadhall Way.
