Artistic expression will develop as an understanding of the medium grows.
Who should take this course?
To take this course would be to the advantage of artists who are already painters of porcelain. By the end of the course no matter the background you as the student come from you will produce work of merit. With patience and perseverence you will be surprised how easily you can produce a portrait image. My name is Aileen. I am an Australian artist from Queensland and look forward
to sharing my knowledge and guiding you through this course.
It has been a privilege to appear on TV and in various magazines featuring my
art. As a child I drew and played with paint, this continued into adulthood but
playing with paints developed into exploring, experimenting and becoming
knowledgeable. Many commissions come my way ,especially after I "perform"
painting demonstrations. One such exciting commission was from the then Managing
Director of Canson Art products. I was then invited to demonstrate their
products via Art/Craft dealers.
