Fill bottom half with beans and remaining half with polyfill. Gather top of head to close tightly. Tie white yarn tightly around (between rows 14 and 15) to form neck. (ouch!)

NOTE: At this point, if you are making a girl, attach yarn (same color as body) to any one of the front loops of rnd 2. Ch 4, dc in same sp, (ch 1, dc in next sc, ch 1, dc in same sp) all around. Join to 3rd st of first ch 4. This forms a ruffle for angel's dress   OK -admire what you have done so far then put it aside.

Arms: With two strands of white, chain 26. Finish off. Make a knot in center then glue or sew both ends to back of neck. Legs: Ch 30 with two strands of blue for boy (white for girl). Finish off and tie a knot on each end to form tiny little feet. Fold in half. Attach to bottom of body with glue or sew it on.

Wings: Row 1: Chain 6, join to form a ring. Ch 4, dc in ring, (ch , dc in ring) 9 times, ch 4, turn Row 2: dc in first dc, (ch 1, dc in ch 1 space) to end. Dc in top of turning ch, ch 3, turn. Row 3: (sc in next ch 1 sp, ch 3) across joining to top of turning ch. Finish off. Gather up the center and tie tightly to form 2 wings. Glue to back of angel.

Glue on eyes and make a tiny mouth by gluing a tiny length of red thread.

For hair for boy, tie together about 6 to 8 2" long strands of yarn (like you would if you were making a pom-pom. Attach to top of head. Separate the yarn with a darning needle to make finer hair. Then give him a haircut in the style you wish.

For girl use longer lengths of yarn, about 3 to 4 inches long. Tie in same manner as boy. Attach to head. Tie tiny bows at each end to make pony tails. At this point you'll have to put a dab of glue on each side of  head to hold her hair down close to her head.

Add bows around the neck and around the girl's ankles. You now have an angel to sit on top of your computer.
