Tasty egg dishes with the Wilhelm Wagenfeld Egg Coddler

With this mini-casserole for cooking shelled eggs, you can make delicious egg

Egg Coddler
|
Line the Egg Coddler with anchovy
fillets or ham, whichever you prefer.
First season the raw egg with herbs
and then place in the Egg Coddler.
Sprinkle with cheese and add a little
butter, close the lid with the handle
and allow to set in boiling hot water for
4-6 minutes.
Sitting round a table, each guest can create his own dish with the Egg Chef!
