Directions to the Fields

The fields are listed in alphabetical order by region in accordance with our geographical plan. The Toronto regions are defined as: north of Eglinton Ave., south of Wilson Ave./York Mills Rd./Ellesmere Rd., east of Bathurst St., and west of Leslie St., but still within the boundaries of Metro Toronto. Since the regions are designed to overlap each other, some fields will be listed more than once. Note that all league games will take place in Toronto. The Markham fields will only be used for tournaments. For your convenience, TTC directions are given in green.

Academy

  • Under the power lines at the west end of Jonesville Cr. (south of Eglinton Ave. East & west of Victoria Park Ave.) -- view the map
  • The playing field is under the power lines on the soccer pitch.
  • By car, take the DVP and exit at Eglinton Ave. eastbound. Proceed along Eglinton, past Bermondsey Rd. and take the next right (south). This is Jonesville Cr. Park in the Scarborough Academy parking lot at the end of the street.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Eglinton station and board the 34+ bus eastbound. Get off at Jonesville Cr. and walk south to the field. Alternatively, take the subway to Woodbine station and board the Bermondsey 91C or 91F bus. Get off at Eglinton (& Bermondsey) and walk east to Jonesville Cr. and then south to the field.

Agincourt Collegiate

  • On the east side of Midland, one block north of Sheppard. -- view the map
  • We can fit two fields side-by-side on the football field.
  • By car from Kennedy and Sheppard, go east to Midland and then north on Midland - school ios on the right, field is around the back.
  • By TTC, take the Bloor-Danforth subway to Kennedy, switch to the Scarborough LRT and go to Midland. Transfer to the Midland bus northbound (is there a Midland bus?) to the first stop after Sheppard.

Aldergrove Park

  • view the map
  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from Steeles and Kennedy Rd, go east on Steeles to Fenton (also called Ashcroft). Go north on Fenton one block.

Ames Park

  • On the southwest corner of York Mills Rd. & Banbury Rd. -- view the map
  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, take the DVP to York Mills Rd. and turn left (west). Banbury Rd. is the first street west of Leslie St. on the south side. Alternatively, take the 401 to Leslie St. and go south to York Mills Rd. Turn right and Banbury Rd. is the next left.
  • By TTC, take the subway to York Mills station and board any bus (ie. 95+, 115, 122) eastbound. Get off at Banbury Rd. and walk south.
  • This field is unpermitted, so please be extra courteous to other park users.

Armstrong Park

  • view the map
  • The playing field is oriented east-west.
  • By car, from Markham Rd and HWY 7, go east to Wooten Way, south to Major Buttons Dr and west on Major Buttons to the William Armstrong school. Field is at the south end of the school yard.

Ashbridge Park (greenspace)

  • On the northeast corner of Lakeshore Blvd. East & Coxwell Ave. -- view the map
  • The playing field should be set up in the northwest corner of this greenspace, where the field is oriented east-west. Make sure to avoid the manhole covers which are scattered around this space. DO NOT USE THE SOCCER FIELD - it will not be open until next year.
  • By car from the north, take the DVP south until it ends at Lakeshore Blvd. Follow Lakeshore Blvd. east to Coxwell Ave. From the west, take the Gardiner Expressway until it ends (at the DVP) and exit onto Lakeshore Blvd. Continue east along Lakeshore Blvd. to Coxwell Ave. For parking, turn right (south) into Woodbine Beach Park and use the parking lots.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Coxwell station and board the 22+ bus south to Eastern Ave. If the bus short-turns at Queen St. you will have to walk an extra block south.
  • This field is unpermitted, so be extra courteous to other park users. In case of rain or soggy fields, please play on Woodbine Beach (south side of Lakeshore Blvd.).

Ashbridge's Bay Park (Woodbine Beach)

  • On the south side of Lakeshore Blvd. East, between Coxwell Ave. & Woodbine Ave.
  • The playing field(s) should be set up on the large sandy beach.
  • By car from the north, take the DVP south until it ends at Lakeshore Blvd. Follow Lakeshore Blvd. east to the park entrance at Coxwell Ave. From the west, take the Gardiner Expressway until it ends (at the DVP) and exit onto Lakeshore Blvd. Continue east along Lakeshore Blvd. to the park entrance at Coxwell Ave. Parking is available inside the park.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Coxwell station and board the 22+ bus south. If the bus short-turns at Queen St., you will have to walk the last 2 blocks down to Lakeshore.
  • This field is unpermitted, so please be extra courteous to other park users.

Ashtonbee Reservoir

  • On the northeast corner of Ashtonbee Rd. & Pharmacy Ave. -- view the map
  • We can set up 6 fields on the cricket pitches -- view the field layout.
  • By car, take the DVP to Eglinton Ave. and go east to Pharmacy Ave. Turn north onto Pharmacy and Ashtonbee Rd. is the first right. Alternatively, take the 401 to Warden Ave. and go south to Ashtonbee Rd. Turn right and use the parking lot behind Cenntenial College (if open).
  • By TTC, take the subway to Warden station and then take the 68+ bus north. Get off at Ashtonbee Rd. (one street north of Eglinton Ave.) and the fields are one block to the west.

Bannockburn PS

  • On the south side of Haddington two blocks west of Avenue Rd. -- view the map
  • The field is a little small (85 yds x 40 yds), but it is in very good condition.
  • From Avenue Rd. & Lawrence, go north on Avenue to Haddington (2/3 of way to Wilson) and turn left (west).
  • By TTC, take the subway to York Mills station, take the Wilson Bus to Avenue, then walk 5-6 blocks south to Haddington, 1.5 blocks west to the school.
  • This field is new this year (2002), please be extra courteous to other users and local residents.

Baycrest Park

  • On the southeast corner of Allen Rd. & highway 401, beside the Yorkdale subway station -- view the map
  • Use the large open area to the south of the playground (north-south orientation).
  • From Dufferin St. & highway 401, go south on Dufferin to Ranee Ave. (2 blocks) and turn left (east). Cross under Allen Rd. and turn left (north) onto Ameer Ave. (3 blocks). Then turn left (west) onto Baycrest Ave. (3 blocks) and follow to the end.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Yorkdale station and use the Ranee Ave. exit. Walk east one block to Varna Dr. The park entrance is at the north end of Varna Dr.
  • This field is unpermitted, so please be extra courteous to other park users and local residents.

Bayview Reservoir Park

  • On the east side of Bayview between John St and HWY 7 in Markham. -- view the map
  • There are two full soccer fields which can each be split into two Ultimate fields running E-W.
  • Tkke DVP-404 north to HWY 7, HWY 7 west to Bayview, and Bayview sough for .5 KM, the park is on the east side.

Bert Robinson Park

  • On the west side of Caledonia Rd., between Kitchener Ave. & Summit Ave. -- view the map
  • Play on the soccer field recessed from the street. Note: the field is small (approx. 40 yds x 86 yds).
  • By car from the north, follow highway 401 and exit at Dufferin St. south. Turn right (west) immediately onto Bridgeland Ave. (or take Cartwright Ave.) and then turn left (south) onto Caledonia Rd. The park is 2 1/2 blocks south of Eglinton Ave. From the south, follow St. Clair Ave. to Caledonia Rd. (west of Dufferin St. & east of Weston Rd.) and turn north onto Caledonia. Summit Ave. is 2 blocks north of Rogers Rd.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Lansdowne station and board the 47B or 47C bus northbound. Get off at Summit Ave. (north of Rogers Rd.).

Brother Andre HS

  • view the map
  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from Markham Rd and 16th Avenue, go east on 16th Avenue to the school which is on the north side. The fields are located behind the school. The fenced field is called "Brother Andre (fence), the football field in the track is called "Brother Andre HS".

Buttonwood Park

  • On the south side of Eglinton Ave., between Royal York Rd. & Scarlett Rd. -- view the map
  • The playing field is oriented north-south in the open area to the west of the tennis courts.
  • By car, drive along Eglinton Ave. and turn south onto Royal York Rd. Turn left (east) at Allanhurst Dr. (1 block) and then turn left (north) onto Mulham Place (4 blocks). Park your car on Mulham Place (or at the elementary school, if the lot is open), making sure you do not block any driveways or impede traffic on the road.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Royal York station and take the 73+ bus northbound. Get off at Eglinton Ave. and walk east one block. You can enter the park from Eglinton Ave.
  • This field is unpermitted, so please be extra courteous to other park users and local residents.

Caledonia Park (reservoir)

  • On the northeast corner of Lawrence Ave. West & Caledonia Rd. -- view the map
  • We play on top of the reservoir -- view the field layout.
  • We play on the soccer pitch and the south cricket pitch - both on top of the reservoir. Field "A" (see layout) can be longer if it is diagonal.
  • By car from the north, follow highway 401 and exit at Dufferin St. south. Turn right (west) immediately onto Bridgeland Ave. (or take Cartwright Ave.) and then turn left (south) onto Caledonia Rd. From the south, follow St. Clair Ave. to Caledonia Rd. (west of Dufferin St. & east of Weston Rd.) and turn north onto Caledonia. The parking lot entrance is on Caledonia Rd., about 200m north of Lawrence, next to the amublance station.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Lawrence West station and take any bus westbound (ie. 52+, 58+ or 59+). Get off at Caledonia Rd. and walk to the top of the reservoir, behind the pumping station.

Cedarvale Park (upper & lower)

  • The main entrance is on Arlington Ave., north of Vaughan Rd. & south of Ava Rd. -- view the map
  • Cedarvale Upper field is oriented north-south in the open area at the top of hill, just east of the tennis courts. Cedarvale Lower field (also known as the cricket pitch) is located in the valley next to the arena parking lot.
  • By car from the north, follow Allen Rd. to Eglinton Ave. and turn right (west). Turn left (south) at Winona Dr. (3 blocks) and follow the signs to Phil White Arena. From the south, take Bathurst St. northbound and turn left (west) onto Vaughan Rd. Follow Vaughan Rd. to Winona Dr. and turn right (north). Follow the signs to Phil White Arena. Use the parking lot next to the arena.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Eglinton West station. Go out the front door of the station, across Eglinton Ave. and walk south on Everden Rd. to the park's north entrance (2 blocks). The upper field is to the left of the path, opposite the tennis courts. The lower field is in the valley past the baseball diamond.

Centennial College (Progress Campus)

  • On Progress Ave., at the southeast corner of Markham Rd. & highway 401 -- view the map
  • The field is located at the eastern edge of the campus.
  • By car, take highway 401 and exit at Markham Rd. south. Turn left (east) at Progress Ave. (1 block) and turn right onto the campus. Use the parking lots at the eastern end of the road.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Kennedy station and transfer to the Scarborough LRT. Get off at the Scarborough Centre station and take the 171 bus to Centennial College. Get off at the last stop and the fields are behind (east side) of the sports complex.

Centennial Park (Etobicoke)

  • The main entrance is on Centennial Park Rd., north of Rathburn (west of highway 427) -- view the map.
  • The fields are adjacent to the parking lots, west of the stadium, south of the arena.
  • By car from the north, follow highway 427 southbound and exit at Holiday Dr. Turn right (north) onto The West Mall and then left (west) onto Rathburn Rd. From the south, follow highway 427 northbound and take the exit to Rathburn Rd. westbound. Follow Rathburn Rd. and then turn right (north) onto Centennial Park Road. The parking lot entrance will be on your left.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Royal York station and take the 2 bus. Get off at Centennial Park Rd. (& Rathburn) and walk north to the fields.

Centennial Park (Markham)

  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from McCowan and HWY 7, go north on McCowan to Bullock, and west on Bullock.

Coffee Time Soccer Centre (Vaughan)

  • 7601 Martin Grove Road (east side, about 1/2 km south of highway 7) -- view the map
  • This is an indoor facility containing a single regulation size soccer pitch. We set up three small fields using the indoor soccer markings.
  • From downtown Toronto, take the Gardiner Expressway westbound and exit onto highway 427 northbound. Proceed on the 427 until it ends at highway 7. Turn right (east) onto highway 7 and proceed to Martin Grove Rd. Turn right (south) and the entrance to the soccer centre is about 1/2 km ahead on your left (immediately north of the catholic high school).

Coppard Glen Park (Markham)

  • On the south side of Highglen Ave. at Sandham Cr. -- view the map
  • This site can accomodate 2 fields on the soccer pitch.
  • From Toronto, take the DVP/highway 404 north and exit at Steeles Ave. Turn right (east) and proceed along Steeles Ave. to McCowan Road. Turn left (north) onto McCowan and proceed to Highglen Ave. (4 blocks). Turn right (east) onto Highglen and the park is just past Coppard Ave. (2 blocks) on your right. Park on the street.
  • From Milliken Mills Park, turn right (east) upon exiting the parking lot onto 14th Ave. Follow 14th Ave. past McCowan Rd. and then turn right (south) at the first street (Coppard Ave. Turn left (east) onto Highglen Ave. (2 blocks) and the playing field is immediately on your right. Park on the street.

Don Valley JHS

  • On the southwest corner of Don Mills Rd. & Seneca Hill Dr. -- view the map
  • The field is oriented north-south in the outfield area of the baseball diamond. It is a short field, so the south end zone should be in the baseball infield area.
  • By car, take the DVP/highway 404 and exit at Finch Ave. westbound. Turn left (south) onto Don Mills Rd. The school is located 1 1/2 blocks ahead, on your right. Enter the parking lot from Don Mills Rd.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Finch station and take the 39+ bus eastbound. Get off at Don Mills Rd. and walk one block south to the school. Or, if you enjoy a long bus ride, take the Don Mills 25+ bus north from Pape station and get off at Seneca Hill Dr.

Downsview Park (formerly CFB Downsview)

  • The former CFB Downsview is located on the southeast corner of Keele St. & Sheppard Ave. West -- view the map.
  • By car to fields, go north on Keele St., across highway 401. Turn right into the driveway at Stanley Green Park (4 blocks north of Wilson Ave.). Take the first road left. For fields #3 & #4, use the on-street parking area adjacent to the football field. For fields #1 & #2, follow the road northbound and use the parking lot adjacent to the running track. Please do not park on the grass or block the road!
  • By car to Hangar, from Keele and Sheppard, go east on Keele to the first entrance to Downsview Park (across from John Drury Cr). Enter the park, at the first stop sign, turn left (east) onto Canhall Rd. After crossing the railroad tracks (two sets), turn right. Go one building, then turn left (you're now driving parallel to Canhall (east again), and the big building on your right is the Hangar). The entrance to the indoor fields is at the very east end of this building (so keep driving until a fence stops you from going on the runway).
  • By TTC to fields, take the subway to Wilson station and take any bus (ie. 96+, 120, 165+) westbound. Get off at Keele St. and transfer to the 41+ bus northbound. Get off at Keelegate Dr. (2 or 3 stops) and walk one block north to the park entrance. If you like a long bus ride, you can take the Keele 41+ bus northbound all the way from the Keele subway station.
  • By TTC to Hangar, take the subway to Downsview station and take any bus westbound. Get off at the park entrance a little before Keele (across from John Drury Cr). It's about a 10 minute walk from here to the Hangar (follow driving directions).

Eglinton Flats Park

  • On the northwest corner of Jane St. & Eglinton Ave. West -- view the map
  • We play on the north rugby field adjacent to Jane St. -- view the field layout.
  • By car from the north, come down Black Creek Dr. and exit at Jane St. southbound. Follow Jane St. to Eglinton Ave. and turn right (west). From the south, take Keele St. and after crossing St. Clair Ave., continue along Weston Rd. until you reach Eglinton Ave. Turn left (west) on Eglinton and continue across Jane St. The entrance to the parking lots is on Emmett Ave., which is the first street on the right west of Jane.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Jane station and take the 35+ bus northbound. Get off at Eglinton Ave. and the fields will be across the street. Alternatively, take the subway to Eglinton West station and board the 32B bus westbound. Get off at Jane St.

Fieldstone School

  • On the east side of Dufferin, a little south of Lawrence Ave. West -- view the map
  • By car from Lawrence & Dufferin, go south on Dufferin for about 3 blocks, school is on east side. Field is on east side of school, parking available in the school lot.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Lawrence West station and take any bus westbound (ie. 52+, 58+ or 59+). Get off at Dufferin and walk south for about three blocks to Fieldstone (on the east side).

Father McGivney Catholic HS (Markham)

  • On the northeast corner of McCowan Rd. & 14th Ave. -- view the map
  • This site can accomodate 2 fields inside the running track on the north side of the school.
  • By car from Toronto, take the DVP/highway 404 north and exit at Steeles Ave. Turn right and follow Steeles Ave. eastbound to Warden Ave. Turn left (north) onto Warden and proceed to 14th Ave. Turn right (east) and continue to McCowan Rd. Turn left (north) at McCowan and the parking lot entrance is immediately on your right.
  • From Milliken Mills Park, just turn right (east) onto 14th Ave. and proceed to McCowan Rd. The school is across the intersection on your left.

Felstead Park

  • One block east of Greenwood Ave. and one block south of Danforth Ave. (between Mountjoy Ave. & Felstead Ave.) -- view the map
  • The field is oriented north-south on the soccer pitch.
  • By car from the north, take the DVP and exit at Don Mills Rd. southbound. Follow Don Mills Rd. to the end at O'Connor and then follow the signs to continue southbound on Greenwood Ave. Turn left (east) onto Felstead Ave. (4 streets south of Danforth) and park at the high school on your right. From downtown, take the DVP northbound and exit at Bloor St. Turn left (east) on Bloor and continue across the DVP onto Danforth Ave. Turn right (south) at Greenwood Ave. and Felstead Ave. is the 4th street on the left.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Greenwood station and exit onto Greenwood Ave. Walk south across Danforth Ave. to Mountjoy Ave. (1 block) and turn right. The north entrance to the park is one block ahead of you on the right.

Fincham Park (Markham)

  • On the north side of Fincham Ave., at Paramount Rd. (southeast of 16th Ave. & Main St. [hwy 48])-- view the map
  • The park can accomodate two playing fields, oriented north-south.
  • From Toronto, take the DVP/highway 404 north and exit at 16th Ave. Turn left (east) and follow 16th Ave. until you cross Main St. [hwy 48]. Proceed across the railroad tracks and turn right (south) at Fincham Ave. The park entrance will be on your left, where Fincham curves to the east (2nd stop sign).
  • From Milliken Mills Park, turn right (east) upon exiting the parking lot onto 14th Ave. Follow 14th Ave. and turn left (north) onto McCowan Road. Proceed along McCowan to 16th Ave. and turn right (east). Follow 16th Ave. until you cross Main St. [hwy 48]. Proceed across the railroad tracks and turn right (south) at Fincham Ave. The park entrance will be on your left, where Fincham curves to the east (2nd stop sign).

Flemingdon Park

  • Under the power lines, on the east side of Don Mills Rd. at Gateway Blvd. (south of Eglinton Ave.) -- view the map
  • Flemingdon Park can accomodate 4 playing fields -- view the field layout. All games at must end by 20:30!
    Field #1 (also Greenspace West #1) runs north-south adjacent to Don Mills Rd.
    Field #2 (also Greenspace West #2) is oriented east-west and lies to the southeast of Field #1.
    Field #3 (also Cricket #1) is oriented north-south and lies between the two small diamonds, it's between Gateway Blvd and Grenoble.
    Field #4 (also Cricket #1 South) is oriented east-west and lies under the power lines, adjacent to the arena just to the west of Grenoble at the south side of the park.
    Field #5 (also Greenspace East) is oriented north-south and is on the east side of Grenoble - between the trees and the basketball courts.
    Field #6 (also Cricket #2 West) is oriented north-south and overlaps the west side of the soccer field between Gateway & Grenoble.
    Field #7 (also Cricket #1 North) is oriented east-west and lies adjacent to the footpath, a little west of Grenoble at the north side of the park.
    Field #8 (also cricket 3) is oriented north-south and lies adjacent to Gateway Blvd on the west side.
  • By car from downtown, take the DVP, exit at Don Mills Rd. northbound and proceed to Gateway Blvd. From the north, take the DVP, exit at Eglinton Ave. (or Wynford Dr.) and go west to Don Mills Rd. Turn left (south) onto Don Mills Rd. and proceed to Gateway Blvd. If your game is on Fields #1, #2, or #8 (greenspace west or cricket 3), continue past Gateway Blvd. and park at the Flemingdon Park Shopping Centre. If your game is on Fields #3-#7 (ie. cricket #1 or #2 or greenspace east), turn east onto Gateway Blvd. (south of the power lines) and then turn right (east) onto Grenoble Dr. and park at the arena on your left.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Pape station and board the Don Mills 25+ bus northbound. Get off at Gateway Blvd. (& Don Mills Rd., in front of the Flemingdon Park Shopping Centre) and walk back to the fields.

Forest Manor PS

  • One block south of Sheppard Ave. East, one block east of Don Mills Rd., along Parkway Forest Dr. -- view the map
  • By car, follow the DVP/highway 404 and exit at Sheppard Ave. westbound. Turn left (south) onto Parkway Forest Dr. (1 block) and then turn right onto Forest Manor Rd. (1 block). If you miss Parkway Forest Dr., turn left (south) onto Don Mills Rd. and then take the first left (George Henry Blvd.) and you will also end up on Forest Manor Rd. You can park on the street next to the fields, or if space is available, use the parking lot on the south side of the elementary school.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Sheppard station. From Sheppard, continue to Don Mills station. Exit Don Mills station and walk to Parkway Forest Dr. (one block east of Don Mills Rd.) and walk south to the fields.

Glen Park PS

  • 101 Englemount Ave., at Glengrove Ave. (south of Lawrence Ave. West & west of Bathurst St.) -- view the map
  • Set up the playing field on the soccer pitch.
  • By car from the north, come down Allen Rd. and exit onto Lawrence Ave. Turn left (east) onto Lawrence and then turn right (south) onto Englemount Ave. (2 blocks). The school is 5 blocks ahead, on your left. From downtown, take Bathurst St. north to Glengrove Ave. (just north of Glencairn Ave.) and turn left (west). The school is 3 blocks ahead on your right.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Glencairn station and exit onto Glencairn Ave. Walk 2 blocks east to Englemount Ave. and then 2 blocks north (left) to the school.

Havergal College

  • On the southeast corner of Avenue Rd. & Lawrence Ave. West -- view the map
  • There are two fields here. The "upper field" is next to Avenue Rd. at the south end of the campus. The "new field" is at Lawrence and Rosewell at the NE corner of the campus. To protect these fields (some of the best in the city), never play here when it's wet!!!
  • By car from the north, exit highway 401 at Avenue Rd. and turn south. For "upper field" follow Avenue Rd. south across Lawrence Ave. and then turn left into the college (don't park on the "principal's drive). For the "new field", turn left (east on Lawrence, then south on Rosewell (first right) and turn right into the college. From downtown, follow Avenue Rd. north until you reach the college (right after Glenview Ave.).
  • By TTC, take the subway to Eglinton station and board the Avenue Rd. 61+ bus. Get off one stop before Lawrence Ave., right in front of the college.

Highgate Park

  • view the map
  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from Steeles and Warden, go east on Steeles to Birchmount, north on Birchmount to Riseborough, east on Riseborough to Highgate school parking lot. The field is to the north east beyond the ball diamond.

Humberside Collegiate

  • South of Annette on Quebec Ave -- view the map.
  • The field is north of the school and inside a track surrounded by a fence. The fence entrance is by the school.
  • By car from Bloor & Keele, go north on Keele to Humberside (third left), go west on humberside until it dead ends at Quebec, the parking lot is off of Quebec a little north of Humberside.
  • By TTC, take the subway to High Park station, walk north on High Park to Humberside (two blocks), then west on Humberside. Field is on the north side of the school.

James Edwards Park

  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from Steeles and McCowan, go north on McCowan to Elson, east on Elson to James Edwards Dr. Field is directly north of the ball diamond.

  • By Car. Coming eastbound on Lake Shore, turn right onto Aquatic Drive (just east of a rowing club and right under a pedestrian overpass). There is a rugby field in the park - can't miss it.
  • Coming westbound on Lake Shore Drive, drive past CNE, past Jamieson, make a uTurn on LakeShore (easiest is to pull into the Rowing Club or into the Granite Club) and then follow eastbound directions.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Dufferin station and board the southbound bus to the CNE. Walk into the CNE and take the pedestrian overpass over Lakeshore just to the left of Dufferin. Turn west after crossing the bridge and walk about 1 block to the field.

Markham District High School (Markham)

  • On the south side of Church St. at Bramble Way (northeast of highway 7 & Main St. [hwy 48]) -- view the map
  • This site can accomodate 6 playing fields: 4 on the soccer fields on the east side of the school along Church St. (2 inside the track) and the other two on the football field at the back of the school (south side).
  • From Toronto, take the DVP/highway 404 north and exit at highway 7. Turn right (east) and follow highway 7 past Main St. (aka. hwy 48 or Markham Rd.) to Wooten Way. Turn left (north) onto Wooten Way and proceed to Church St. (3 blocks). Turn left (west) onto Church St. and the school will be ahead on your left. If you are playing on the back field, there is limited parking behind the school. [As an alternate route, you can take highway 407 (toll road) across Markham. Exit at Main St. and turn left (north) to highway 7 and proceed as above.]
  • From Milliken Mills Park, turn right (east) upon exiting the parking lot onto 14th Ave. Turn left (north) onto Kennedy Road and proceed to highway 7. Turn right (east) and follow highway 7 past Main St. (aka. hwy 48 or Markham Rd.) to Wooten Way. Turn left (north) onto Wooten Way and proceed to Church St. (3 blocks). Turn left (west) onto Church St. and the school will be ahead on your left. If you are playing on the back field, there is limited parking behind the school.

Michael Power Secondary

  • On the east side of Renforth between Rathburn and Eglinton. view the map
  • Take HWY 427 to Burnhamthorpe west, to West Mall north, to Rathburn west, to Renforth north.

Middlefield High School (Markham)

  • On the southwest corner of Highglen Ave. & Middlefield Rd. (southeast of 14th Ave. & McCowan Rd.) -- view the map
  • This site can accomodate 2 fields inside the running track.
  • From Toronto, take the DVP/highway 404 north and exit at Steeles Ave. Turn right (east) and proceed along Steeles Ave. to McCowan Road. Turn left (north) onto McCowan and proceed to Highglen Ave. (4 blocks). Turn right (east) onto Highglen and the school entrance is just past Featherstone Ave. (3 blocks) on your right.
  • From Milliken Mills Park, turn right (east) upon exiting the parking lot onto 14th Ave. Follow 14th Ave. past McCowan Rd. and then turn right (south) at the first street (Coppard Ave. Turn left (east) onto Highglen Ave. (2 blocks) and the school entrance is just past Featherstone Ave. (2 blocks) on your right.

Mintleaf Park (Markham)

  • The park can accomodate 5 playing fields -- 2 on the soccer pitch, 2 oriented east-west beside the parking lot, and one oriented north-south next to the school.
  • By car, take the DVP/highway 404 north and exit at 16th Ave. Turn left (east) and follow 16th Ave. until you cross Main St. [hwy 48]. Proceed across the railroad tracks and turn right (south) at Fincham Ave. The park entrance will be on your left, just past Wooten Way (3rd stop sign).
    NOTE: The first park you see along Fincham will be Fincham Pk. Keep going, until you reach the 3rd stop sign.
  • From Milliken Mills Park, turn right (east) upon exiting the parking lot onto 14th Ave. Follow 14th Ave. and turn left (north) onto McCowan Road. Proceed along McCowan to 16th Ave. and turn right (east). Follow 16th Ave. until you cross Main St. [hwy 48]. Proceed across the railroad tracks and turn right (south) at Fincham Ave. The park entrance will be on your left, just past Wooten Way (3rd stop sign).

Monarch Park SS

  • On the southwest corner of Hanson St. & Coxwell Ave. -- view the map
  • The field is inside the running track on the south side of the school.
  • By car from the north, take the DVP and exit at Don Mills Rd. southbound. Turn left (east) at O'Connor Dr. and proceed to Coxwell Ave. Turn right (south) onto Coxwell and continue across Danforth Ave. Turn right (west) onto Hanson St. and the parking lot entrance will be on your left on the far side of the school. From downtown, take Lakeshore Blvd. eastbound to Coxwell Ave. Turn left (north) onto Coxwell and continue past the railroad overpass to Hanson St. (1 block). Turn left (west) onto Hanson to enter the parking lot.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Coxwell station and exit onto Coxwell Ave. Walk south across Danforth Ave. to Hanson St. (1 long block). You can enter the playing fields from both Coxwell (next to the railroad bridge) and Hanson.

Mount Joy Community Centre

  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from Markham Rd and 16th Avenue, go east on 16th Avenue to Brother Andre School which is on the north side. The field is located behind the community centre which is behind the school to the west.

Muki Baum Treatment Centre

  • On the south side of Anthony Rd., west of Northgate Dr. (southwest of Wilson Ave. West & Dufferin St.) -- view the map
  • Set up the field diagonally across the soccer pitch.
  • By car from downtown, drive north on Dufferin St. and turn left (west) onto Anthony Rd. (2nd street north of highway 401). Muki Baum will is 4 1/2 blocks ahead on your left. From the west, take highway 401 and exit onto Keele St. northbound. Turn right (east) onto Wilson Ave. and then right (south) onto Northgate Dr. Turn right (west) onto Anthony Rd. (2 blocks) and the parking lot entrance is 1/2 block ahead on your left. From the east, take highway 401 and exit onto Yorkdale Rd. Follow Yorkdale Rd. around Yorkdale Shopping Centre to Dufferin St., turn right (north) and proceed as above.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Wilson station and board the 96+, 120 or 165+ bus westbound. Get off at Garratt Blvd./Northgate Dr. (only 3 or 4 stops). Walk south on Northgate Dr. and then right (west) on Anthony Rd. (2 blocks). The playing field is behind the school (south side) about 1/2 block ahead.
  • This field is officially unpermitted, but we have the blessing of the school - be considerate to the neighbours.

Neil McNeil Secondary

Overland Learning Centre

  • 55 Overland Dr., at the intersection of Paperbirch Dr. & Overland Dr. (southwest of Don Mills Rd. & Lawrence Ave. East) -- view the map
  • Set up the field in the greenspace oriented east-west.
  • By car, take the Don Valley Pkwy. and exit at Lawrence Ave. westbound. Proceed across Don Mills Rd. and then turn left (south) onto The Donway West (1 block). Follow The Donway West to Overland Dr. (2 blocks) and turn right (west). The Overland Learning Centre is one block ahead on your left. Please don't park in the parking lot on Tuesdays. Instead park on at the Don Mills Centre about one block east of the school. Thanks.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Eglinton station and board the 54+ bus. Get off at Lawrence. Ave. & The Donway West. Walk south on The Donway West to Overland Dr. (2 blocks) and then 1 block west along Overland Dr. Alternatively, take the Don Mills 25+ bus north from Pape station and get off at Don Mills Rd. & The Donway East/West. Cross Don Mills Rd. and walk west along The Donway West to Overland Dr. (3 blocks) and then 1 block west along Overland Dr. NOTE: The 162 bus from Lawrence station runs along Overland Dr., but offers only limited service.
  • This field is unpermitted, so please be extra courteous to other park users.

Parkway Forest Park

  • One block south of Sheppard Ave. East, one block east of Don Mills Rd., along Parkway Forest Dr. -- view the map
  • By car, follow the DVP/highway 404 and exit at Sheppard Ave. westbound. Turn left (south) onto Parkway Forest Dr. (1 block) and then turn right onto Forest Manor Rd. (1 block). If you miss Parkway Forest Dr., turn left (south) onto Don Mills Rd. and then take the first left (George Henry Blvd.) and you will also end up on Forest Manor Rd. You can park on the street next to the fields, or if space is available, use the parking lot on the south side of the elementary school.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Sheppard station. From Sheppard, continue to Don Mills station. Exit Don Mills station and walk to Parkway Forest Dr. (one block east of Don Mills Rd.) and walk south to the fields.

Princess Anne Park

  • On the south side of Princess Margaret Blvd. at Bemersyde Dr. (southwest of Eglinton Ave. West & Islington Ave.) -- view the map
  • Set up the field north-south in the greenspace away from the playground.
  • By car from the west, follow highway 401 eastbound and exit at Eglinton Ave. Proceed eastbound along Eglinton Ave. across Kipling Ave. and turn right (south) onto Bemersyde Dr. Continue along Bemersyde until it ends at Princess Margaret Blvd. Turn right (west) and park in the school parking lot.
  • By car from downtown, go up to St. Clair Ave. and turn left (west). Follow St. Clair westbound until it ends at Scarlett Rd. Turn right (north) onto Scarlett Rd. and continue to Eglinton Ave. West. Turn left (west) onto Eglinton Ave. and proceed westbound across Islington Ave. to Bemersyde Dr. Turn left (south) onto Bemersyde Dr. and continue until it ends at Princess Margaret Blvd. Turn right (west) and park in the school parking lot.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Islington station and board the 37+ bus northbound. Get off at Princess Margaret Blvd. / Poplar Hts. Dr. (north of the St. George's Golf Club). Cross Islington Ave. and walk west along Princess Margaret Blvd. (2 blocks) to the park. You can enter the park through the school grounds.
  • This field is unpermitted, so please be extra courteous to other park users.

Randall Park

Raybeck Park

Reesor Park

  • The playing field is oriented north-south? There are three mini fields, can fit a Ulty field between a couple of these.
  • By car, from Markham Rd and HWY 7, go east to Wooten Way, north past Church to Ramona Blvd, and east on Ramona. (Can park at the school which in on Wooten Way.)

Riverdale Park East

  • On the west side of Broadview Ave., south of Danforth Ave. & north of Gerrard St. -- view the map
  • Four playing fields have been designated here:
    Riverdale 4 (we used to call this ET) -- east of the running track, at the base of the hill, should be split into two fields running N-S, called (e) and (w)
    Riverdale 3 (we used to call this IT) -- inside the running track
    Riverdale 5 (we used to call this NT) -- north of the running track, adjacent to the DVP -- Please be courteous to those using the adjacent softball field, who may at times venture onto the playing field. -- view layout
  • By car, take the DVP and exit at Bloor St. Turn left (east) and proceed across the DVP to Danforth Ave. Immediately, turn right (south) onto Broadview Ave. and after driving about 5 blocks you will see the park on your right (directly opposite the Ukrainian Orthodox church). NOTE: Due to road construction, Broadview Ave. is reduced to one lane from May - August and parking is prohibited.
  • By TTC from downtown, take the 504 King streetcar or the 505 Dundas streetcar eastbound. Get off after passing the Riverdale Hospital and the fields will be across the street. If you are coming from farther away, take the subway to Broadview station and board the 504 or 505 streetcar. Riverdale Park is about 3 stops south of the station.
  • The footbridge at the south end of the park provides access to Riverdale Park West and to the Don Valley bike trail (for you avid cyclists).

Riverdale Park West

  • On the northwest corner of Gerrard St. & Bayview Ave. The main entrance is at the eastern terminus of Carlton St. -- view the map
  • The playing field is at the bottom of the stairs, adjacent to Riverdale Farm.
  • By car from the north, take the DVP southbound and exit at Bloor St. Turn right (west) onto Bloor and then turn left (south) onto Parliament St. Proceed south 7 or 8 blocks and turn left (east) onto Carlton St. From downtown, take Jarvis St. north to Carlton St. and turn right (east). Follow Carlton St. to the end, noting that Carlton jogs to the left at Parliament. If the parking lot at the end of Carlton is full, park on one of the side streets.
  • By TTC, take the subway to College station and board the 506 streetcar eastbound. Get off at Sumach St. (or River Rd.) and walk north 3 short blocks to Carlton St. and then one block east (right) to the park entrance.
  • The footbridge at the north end of the park provides access to Riverdale Park East and to the Don Valley bike trail (for you avid cyclists).

Seneca Hill Park

  • On the north side of Seneca Hill Dr. at Kingslake Rd. (east of Don Mills Rd. & south of Finch Ave.) -- view the map
  • The field is small and for maximum size, it should be oriented along the footpath.
  • By car, take the DVP/highway 404 and exit at Finch Ave. westbound. Turn left (south) onto Seneca Hill Dr. (1 block) and the field will be on your right. You can park at the elementary school across the street, just past Kingslake Rd.
  • By TTC, take the subway to Finch station and take the 39+ bus eastbound. Get off at Seneca Hill Dr. (1 street past Don Mills Rd.) and walk one block south to the park. Or, if you enjoy a long bus ride, take the Don Mills 25+ bus north from Pape station and get off at Seneca Hill Dr. Walk east and the playing field is just beyond the tennis courts.

St Patrick Secondary

Sir Winston Churchill Reservoir

  • On the southeast corner of St. Clair Ave. West & Spadina Rd. -- view the map
  • DO NOT OR PRACTICE OR PLAY MAKEUPS HERE !!! Teams found playing makeup games or practicing at this location may be expelled from the league.
  • After 11 years of being banned from this park, we obtained permission to use it in 2003 for one game a week on Wednesdays. (There is also a league, TRSL, using it on Tuesdays and Thursdays.)

Springdale Park

  • The playing field is oriented east-west.
  • By car, from McCowan Rd and HWY 7, go north on McCowan Rd to Ramerville Dr (also called Carleton), go east on Ramerville Dr past Raybeck Park and ocntinue around to Norwich Dr (on the left, if you get to Snider tyou went too far), turn left onto Norwich and drive to the end.

Sunnybrook Park

  • On the northwest corner of Eglinton Ave. East & Leslie St. -- view the map
  • The playing fields are located at the very end of the park road, on the field hockey and rugby fields. The field hockey fields are numbered 1-4 from west to east -- our games will run perpendicular to those markings. The rugby field can accomodate two narrow ultimate fields -- view the field layout.
  • By car, follow the DVP and exit at Eglinton Ave. westbound. Proceed to Leslie St. and turn right (north). The park entrance is immediately on your left, across from the Inn on the Park. Upon entering the park, follow the main road all the way to the end (stay right at the first fork). The road is quite long and winds through the park, past several parking lots & picnic areas, past the stables, up a hill and into the open. Use the parking lot at the end of the road (hidden in the woods).
  • By TTC, take the subway to Eglinton station and take any bus (ie. 34+, 51, 54+, or 100) eastbound along Eglinton Ave. Get off at Leslie St. and cross the street to the park entrance. At the bottom of the hill, where the park road curves left (west) there is a path through the woods to the playing fields. If you cannot find this shortcut, display a disc conspicuously while walking along the road, in the hope that a fellow TUC member will stop and offer you a lift. It is a long, long hike.

Vaughan Road Academy

  • On the northwest corner of Vaughan Rd. & Winona Dr. -- view the map
  • We play on the football field on the north side of the school.
  • By car from the north, follow Allen Rd. to Eglinton Ave. and turn right (west). Turn left (south) at Oakwood Ave. (5 blocks) and proceed to Vaughan Rd. (6 short blocks). Turn left (east) onto Vaughan Rd. and then left (north) onto Winona Dr. From the south, take Bathurst St. northbound and turn left (west) onto Vaughan Rd. Follow Vaughan Rd. to Winona Dr. and turn right (north). Enter the parking lot on the north side of the school from Winona.
  • By TTC, take the subway to St. Clair West station. Board the Vaughan Rd. 90+ bus and get off at Winona Dr. Walk north on Winona to reach the playing field.

Viewmount Park

Walker Park

  • By car, from Markham Rd and HWY 7, go east to Wooten Way, north to Linden Lea, and east to Rose Way - there's a parking lot on Rose Way.

Wilclay P.S.

  • The playing field is oriented north-south.
  • By car, from Steeles and Kennedy, go east to Brimley, north on Brimley to first street, which is called Wilclay and Winston. Go east on Wilclay for a few streets, school is on north side.

York Mills Collegiate

  • On the north side of York Mills Rd., west of Leslie St. -- view the map
  • Set up two fields on the football field to the northeast of the school.
  • By car, take the DVP to York Mills Rd. and turn left (west). YMCI is just past Banbury Rd. which is the first street west of Leslie St. on the north side. Alternatively, take the 401 to Leslie St. and go south to York Mills Rd. Turn right and the school is one block ahead on the right-hand side. Enter the parking lot from either the east or west driveway and park behind the school.
  • By TTC, take the subway to York Mills station and board any bus (ie. 95+, 115, 122) eastbound. Get off at Banbury Rd. (in front of the school).
