ORECCHIETTE WITH BROCCOLI RABE AND SAUSAGE

Grated Pecorino or Romano Cheese |
Cooking instructions:
Heat
oil to medium-add garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes-add
sausage (cut into bite-sized pieces) and cook 5-10
minutes or until done. Add cooked broccoli rabe to
sausage-Add rabe water, salt and pepper. Raise heat
and cook sauce. (3-5 minutes) Cook orecchiette "al
dente" drain and return to pot on medium hight.
Add sausage & rabe sauce to pasta-stir together
and remove from heat. Add fresh romano cheese. Makes
4-6 servings.
