Recipe: CLASSIC SWISS FONDUE

 

Amount
Ingredient
1 Clove Garlic
2 Cups White Wine
1/2 LB Gruyere Cheese-Grated
1/2 LB Emmanthaler Cheese-Grated
3 TBS Flour (All Purpose)
To Taste Nutmeg, Pepper
On The Side For Dipping: Bread, Apples, Grapes, Mushrooms, Asparagus Etc.


Cooking instructions:

Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic-- Add wine and simmer. Dredge all of cheese in flour. Add cheese (By the handful) making sure each has melted before adding another. When thick, add dash of pepper and nutmeg.
