BRAISED BANANAS

Coconut (Toasted or Raw) |
Cooking instructions:
Heat
skillet to medium-high-Add 2T of the butter melted.
When butter begins to bubble and brown-Add Peeled
bananas. Carmelize (brown) all sides (5-8 minutes)
remove and hold in 300-degree oven in baking (Ceramic)
dish. Add remaining butter, lemon juice and brown
sugar. Stir until bubbly. Add cinnamon and ginger.
Add glaze to bananas, top with coconut.
NOTE:
Earth Fare will hold a Children First benefit, Tuesday,

is a unique opportunity to teach children something
new while benefitting Children First. The group recently
took cooking classes at Earth Fare and will cook the
food for the benefit.
