UHC north entrance to close for final phase of renovations
The north entrance to the University Hospital Clinics Building will be closed for the final phase of renovations to enhance and improve access. As part of the construction, a new overhead steel canopy will be installed to offer protection from the elements to patients, visitors and staff. The UHC north entrance faces Harborside Drive and Public Parking Garage #2; greeters and transportation staff will be in place beginning Monday to direct patients and visitors from the garage, around the construction and to the UHC south entrance, which faces Children’s Hospital. We apologize for the disruption and inconvenience, and hope you’ll work with us as we build a better UTMB. The north entrance will reopen in September.
