How can I identify a "false" leader?

This is a vital skill for a child of God to develop. Most of us have grown up in a counterfeit church. Notice that the counterfeit church does not teach you this skill, because it would not be to their advantage. Yet, if you are in the Word of God, you will see that the true, loving shepherds spent much time teaching and warning the sheep to stay away, far away, from false leaders.

Rule #1: They do not look like false leaders to the physical eye. They do not sound like false teachers to the unskilled ear. The Apostle Paul told us, "For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness" (2 Corinthians 11:13-15). It was not surprising to the studious disciples of Paul's day. However, if Jesus said there would be "many," then who have you identified?

Rule #2: If the only way for someone to go to heaven is to DO the will of God (1 John 2:17), then Satan's servants are brilliant, because they have made themselves look like religious teachers, and yet they have not secured your foundation. And many will make sure that true teachers are called "heretical" or "cult leaders." Jesus confronted the religious teachers and the counterfeit church in His day, calling them a "brood of vipers," saying "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are!" (Matthew 23:15) Jesus also warned the people that the preachers of the day had taken away the key to salvation. The key to salvation is DOING the will of God, and sneaky Satan and his servants will subtly excuse you from having to "do" the will of God-they even imply that it takes away from God's free gift of grace! How dangerous to play around with the only way to enter the kingdom of God.

The second major problem is that there are actually some false teachers who say, "do the will of God," but they push legalistic man-made rules. Once again, man is ruling, and not God. You need to stay in the Word of God and get yourself around a fellowship that has a great fear of false teachings. Please study the diagram below:

Please call us for more information about identifying a false leader. The main thing to know is to BE AFRAID. Stay away from them!

What is the "Counterfeit Church"?

The following is an outline of how our churches start off pure and holy and then over the years have cast off restraint. (Proverbs 29:18) Look up the corresponding scriptures and learn this horrible progression so that you can help God's kingdom and church learn from the mistakes of history.

The church starts off pure with pure motives based on the Jesus that says, "Not my will but thine be done." Then Jude vs. 4 comes true and then false preachers secretly infiltrate the church and the people do not know the will of God or the Word of God enough to know how to recognize them or what to do with them. False leaders make sure that the first teaching is that "everyone sins"(1 John 3:6-10) and "do not judge anyone" while ignoring the Apostle Paul's warning to "judge those inside the church" (1 Corinthians 5:12). Once in place, here is the progression:

1. FALSE LEADERS = NO KEY: When you have false leaders, they automatically take away the key. The key is the fear of God (Isaiah 33:6b)
"Woe to you experts in the law, because you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering." (Luke 11:52)

2. NO FEAR=NO REPENTANCE: When there is no fear then there is no repentance. Proverbs 29:18 says, "Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but blessed is he who keeps the law."

3. NO REPENTANCE=VEIL: When there is no repentance, the veil drops over the eyes and the delusion starts to set in. Read 2 Corinthians 3:14-18 and 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12.

4. VEIL=HIGH WALL OF SIN: As the people continue in sin the blindness grows so that sin increases and becomes a High Wall. Isaiah 30:12,13 says, "Because you have rejected this message, relied on oppression and depended on deceit, this sin will become for you like a high wall, cracked and bulging, that collapses suddenly, in an instant."

5. HIGH WALL = DRUNK OR INTOXICATED; INCREASING SIN=DELUSION: Even though the sin crashes in on them-they cannot feel the pain because they are drunk with the false grace message that uses Jesus as a drug. These people don't care because they truly believe they get to do what they want and go to heaven-so who cares about a few consequences? These people believe, like the Jews, that they have a covenant with death…. "Therefore hear the word of the Lord, you scoffers who rule this people in Jerusalem. You boast, "We have entered into a covenant with death, with the grave we have made an agreement. When an overwhelming scourge sweeps by, it cannot touch us, for we have made a lie our refuge and falsehood our hiding place. So this is what the Sovereign Lord says: …Your covenant with death will be annulled; your agreement with the grave will not stand…The understanding of this message will bring sheer terror." (Isaiah 28:14-16a,18a,19b) The drunk people cannot understand or hear this message.

6. DELUSION=ABOMINATION: A thick blanket covers the people so that they are ever hearing but never perceiving and they feel safe in spite of a wicked heart. What has happened is that the people become drunk with the false grace message. This results in increased sin in the church so that there is an abomination. The abomination is that God is no longer crowned and man exalts himself over God. Man sets himself up as a god inside the temple! (2 Thessalonians 2:4)

7. ABOMINATION LEADS TO DESOLATION: That Abomination leads to Desolation! God leaves the sanctuary. Without God we are lost and doomed since He is the resource and source of all life and energy and finances and health and love and light and everything that is good. We are cut off! (Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15,16)

8. DESOLATION LEADS TO THE GREAT PROSTITUTE: The church then turns into the counterfeit church and it is the Great Prostitute and a haunt for demons and every rebellious spirit. (Revelation 17) The only hope is to flee. (Revelation 18 and Jeremiah 51:6-9)

The counterfeit church is now a gathering of people that think they are saved or "safe" and yet is unknowingly rebelling against God. There are distinct differences in the counterfeit and true church:

1). The true church gets all energy, money, and love from God and therefore wants no sinners in the church because of fear that God would leave them. The true church does not have to cater to man-they love man-but do not cater to him. They only fear losing God and not pleasing Him because He is their everything. The true church will, when necessary confront sin and occasionally "expel the wicked man from among" them. (1 Corinthians 5:13) The true church understands clearly that they are not to be unequally yoked and are to touch no unclean thing so that God will dwell among them. (2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1) The true church is a house of prayer because God is THE RESOURCE.

2) On the other hand, the counterfeit church has to flatter and appease people because people are their resource for money and energy. The great prostitute does not have answered prayers because "We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly man who does his will." (John 9:31) The church with sin is not plugged into THE GOD, the resource of all things, so it gets its money (tithe) and energy from man-the closest thing to God since man is made in His image. This machine has to keep members signed up for ministry fairs and give them official positions so that they stay busy. But down deep they are falling apart and the families are falling apart and the counterfeit church is using them as a battery pack and is therefore sucking the life out of them.

In summary, the true church is plugged into God like the branch to the vine. The counterfeit church is plugged into man and uses flattery to keep people there. It does not turn them from their sin and will even tell them that God does not care about repentance. Jesus said that there would be many false prophets. I see it that way. I see so much sin in the church and therefore I know that there are many false preachers. I look through the "Christian " books and even see some popular authors say, "As I am writing this I am sinning." I want to say-"Then stop!"

If you are deliberately sinning, there is no sacrifice for sins left but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire. (Hebrews 10:26) Some churches say that they teach repentance and laying down sin-but they pick and choose what sins that they tolerate. For instance, if the preacher is heavy, he harps on sexual sins. That is totally missing what Jesus is teaching. Sin is rebellion to God. God does not dwell among the horned, rebellious people that pick and choose what they think is appropriate to obey. God has asked for a separated, holy hill of surrendered people that are forgiven and washed clean of their past rebellion and have repented of bossing God around. The result is that God's Spirit can indwell them-thus the term "full of the Holy Spirit"(Acts 6:1-4). Early Christians came to Christ on His terms and were born again as new creations to walk in a new life (Romans 6, Ephesians 4:24). Can you have tolerable levels of rebellion (sin) to God? How much rebellion is okay with God before He turns and becomes your enemy (like He did to Saul-1 Samuel 28:16)? What happened to Ananias and Sapphira when they sinned against the leading of the Holy Spirit? When they dropped dead, a fear seized the whole church. (See Acts 5:1-11) It is clear that Jesus, the Apostles and the Prophets all taught us to turn from rebellion to God. Remember that someone caught in sin was taken outside the camp and stoned in Moses' day; the rebellious sinner was expelled in Paul's day (1 Corinthians 5:1-12, Hebrews 10:26,27).

The bride is to be set apart to be a virgin, pure for the groom. (2 Corinthians 11:2-4) To be a true church with pure leaders, you are to remove all rebellion and deliberate sin. Partial removal of sin leaves the leaven in and the whole batch will be sinning before long, for a little leaven leavens the whole lump. God says that He will remove the rebellious. (See Ezekiel 20:35,38) The pure and the rebellious are uncomfortable with each other for they have nothing in common-one loves God and the other hates God and loves the world. "You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God." (James 4:4) (Also see 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:2)

What is the TRUE CHURCH?

There was only one Jerusalem and likewise there is only one true church. Jesus said that it is not simply a location but that the kingdom of God was within you. The obvious characteristics of the early church that were established by Jesus and the apostles were:

1. The foundation of the church had to be Jesus Christ-the one in scripture that lived out "Not my will by Thine be done" and who said His food was to DO the will of the Father because He feared and loved Him. Self was not a consideration.

2. The converts understood that they were to repent of their old behavior and to be new creations-meaning they were to die to their will and live for God's will just as Christ showed them. The converts understood that they were to be loving disciples of Christ. Self was not a consideration.

3. The converts to Christianity understood that they were to be baptized (to bury their will and live for Christ and God.) Baptism physically and spiritually (of the heart) was essential to join God's church and the early converts were well informed of the meaning, "For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin-because anyone who has died has been freed from sin." (Romans 6:6,7) True converts were dead to themselves and alive to the will of God. Self was not a consideration because they loved God's laws or will.
4. The converts understood that they could not continue being under another god-whether something created or themselves. They had to stop being the king of their life and they were to surrender their body, soul and mind (the temple, 1 Corinthians 3:17) over to the King. In other words, they understood that they could not continue in sin that grace may abound. (Romans 6:1,2) (1 John 3:6) Grace was not abused out of love for Christ and God. Self was not a consideration, only the will of the Father.

5. They understood that the way to tell if someone was a converted Christian (a Christ-like person) was to see if they were doing right (God's right) not their own rules (self-righteous). "No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning." (1 John 3:6-8) Self and what self wanted was not a consideration and Christ and God's will was all that mattered-the only signs of the true church vs. the counterfeit.

6. They understood that they were to be separated off from people that call themselves brothers but were sinning or rebelling against God's wishes, will or commands (1 Corinthians 5:9-13, 2 Corinthians 6:14) so that the behavior would not spread throughout the church because it is a known fact that a little yeast will work through the whole batch of dough. They were to separate from sin because God could not reign over rebellious subjects. These Jewish converts and early Gentile converts had heard the Law of Moses every Sabbath and knew that someone who opposed the law of Moses was taken outside the camp and stoned. (Hebrews 10:26-31) They knew they were to be more concerned with the church as a whole so that God would have a place to dwell. No concern for self and no time for a popularity contest.

7. They understood that "spiritual" meant that they were focused on and continually doing only God's will (full of God's agenda and void of their own). (Romans 8:1-17, Galatians 5:16-25, 6:7,8) Selfish ambition was of the devil. (James 3:14,15)

8. They understood that there would be many false leaders and that you could tell a false leader by the fruit of their teachings. If people repented, truly repented and they were full of the will of God then they were authorized by God to speak on His behalf. If they tickled your ears so that you were allowed to be the ruler of your life in a few areas-they were false leaders. (Jeremiah 23, Matthew 7:15-20)

9. They understood that the only ones who were saved were not those who heard the word of God, but rather those who put it into practice. (Matthew 7:21-27, Romans 2:5-11,13) They understood that salvation was far from the wicked. (Psalm 119:155)

The early converts knew that there should be no concern for self because God had promised that if you seek His kingdom first that everything else would be added unto you. Fortunately, this teaching was ingrained. Faith was rich as they lived this out. Persecution weeded out the half-hearted so that the strain would stay pure over the years. Christians had to stay on their toes because as Jesus predicted there would come waves of false teachers and the true leaders were few. This powerful conversion spread rapidly over the land.

Do you see the difference between the true church and the counterfeit church? The world is alive to self and selfish ambition. The true church is dead to self and alive to the will of God so that the true King can rule on earth (His church) as He does in heaven-which was the prayer of Jesus for the true church. God is the supreme authority and Christ is at His right hand, ruling the church. Christ has been given all authority because He proved to be faithful to God and at each test was able to resist the temptation to trump God. Jesus referred to God as "My God." Picture a church with Christ as the Head, God as the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, and members are the loyal subjects.

The counterfeit church is deceitful. It gives lip service to God and Jesus and yet subtly incubates little gods. SELF gets its way and yet believes that this is okay with God. Imagine a church building with members. If you stare long enough (like the 3D pictures that reveal a hidden image), you see members on the pews with horns on their heads. The great delusion is in place. They are little rebellious beasts or gods and they have approached God with such false humility, religious jargon, religious-looking rules, and songs that they have fooled themselves. The truth is they are little devils. There may be a few surrendered saints-the wheat may be scattered among the chaff in a counterfeit church. The counterfeit church subtly allows people to rule just a few areas of their life yet has them deny some other areas of their life. What the false leaders do not tell you is that if you decide on what God gets to rule and what time of day He gets to rule-then He is not the Lord of your life at all. SELF is the god and you do not even know it. A few surrendered areas feels good and righteous and saved-and after all, they are only holding on to a few little areas to rule. That's okay by God isn't it? Do you let your employees do that? Do you let your children do that? Of course not! It is out of the question for us, but okay for God! Our God is so longsuffering, but a judgment day is coming. There is idolatry in the temple with each leader sitting at the feet of their idols and members longing for their idols in church. One foot is in the temple but their backs are to God! (See Ezekiel 8)

A description of the counterfeit church is a place that is deceived and full of deceit. That means that a lot of the facade looks right. To fool someone, it must look quite a bit like the real thing. Remember that the counterfeit bill is hard to detect as well as the false leader and the false member. No one is aware that they have done anything wrong. The grace message has so subtly changed and "what sin is" is so twisted and the church has you so busy with ministry fairs and missions that you do not know that you have set yourself up as a "god" and are in danger of Hell fire because you are defying THE GOD! Here is another way to picture our Christian walk. We are going down the path called self-denial and suffering and at every corner there is someone trying to lure you off to consider self. Jesus was asked 3 times to save himself in the first few hours of the cross. He could have saved himself but instead He trusted God with the amount of pain that He had to bear. Jesus did not consider "self" and that is the type of attitude that is the Head of the true church. Considering self and all the excuses for why we do not do things God's way, is the counterfeit church.

"Is this a condemning message?"

Jesus said, "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish." The question is this: Are these words from Christ life-giving or condemning? Well, the answer lies in the response of the hearer. If you repent, you spend eternal life with God; if you continue to be your own god, you will feel condemned…and rightly so. This feeling should lead you ultimately back to a rightful fear of God and the consequences of rebellion, and therefore lead you to repentance and eternal life. God is the genius behind behavior modification. An enemy of God will block the beauty of this process that was set up by God by taking away the consequences of the wrong behavior! For example, an enemy might say, "God knows and understands and does not expect you to be sin free - that is what the blood of Christ is for." The TRUTH is that anyone who continues in sin is not even born again! (1 John 3:6-10) The other approach of an enemy of Christ (and they might not even know that they are an enemy) is to teach people that condemnation should never come from a "true" Christian. How deceitful. These blind guides are falling into a pit and leading others to follow suit. So answer for yourself. If Jesus or anyone else told you to get out of the middle of the road because a Mack truck was headed directly for you, is that condemning or saving news?

If the message of "cut your hand off if it causes you to sin" is condemning, then Jesus Himself was condemning. The question rather should be, "Does God condemn people, and does He call US to judge and condemn so as to save someone from the wrong path?" The answer is clear. Take a look at the instructions He gave the seventy-two in Luke 10:8-15: "…but when you enter a town and are not welcomed, go into its streets and say, 'Even the dust of your town that sticks to our feet we wipe off against you. Yet be sure of this: The kingdom of God is near'. I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom than for that town. Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. But it will be more bearable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to the skies? No, you will go down to the depths." These are the words of Jesus Christ - our Author of life - the One we are to copy. Is it wrong to obey the Lord and warn people of God's wrath and the consequences of a stubborn heart? Of course not! This is ultimate love, for one must lay down their life, reputation, popularity, friendships, etc. to pronounce the judgment and condemnation of God. This person loves you more than their own life. Persecution is usually inevitable for the person who loves others this much, loves them enough to tell them the Truth. Jesus was crucified for giving such warnings, and John the Baptist lost his head.

Look at the method, the tone, and the words of John the Baptist: "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? Produce fruit in keeping with repentance… The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire…His winnowing fork is in his hand to clear his threshing floor and to gather the wheat into his barn, but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.' And with many words John exhorted the people and preached the good news to them." (Luke 3:7,9,17,18) Do you see the word "good news?" Do you feel the same way? The only reason that you would feel to the contrary is if you did not want to repent. Do you see how you then become an enemy to God without even knowing it? This is not condemnation - this is good news! I love obedience! I can't wait to find it, and I want more from where that came from. Give me the commands of God so that I can DO them, for they are more rewarding than anything in the world!

Likewise, in Acts 2, was Peter wrong to "pierce them to the heart?" Rather, should we not be thankful to the person who is not on earth for a popularity contest, but rather loves you more than himself by telling you the hard truth that you must repent or perish? If someone feels convicted, they are going to have to change themselves or blame the messenger. But the person who is wise will thank the messenger for calling it what is was: a SIN before God that needs to be repented of. See Proverbs 9:7, 10, 13.

What about judging? What the counterfeit church has planted in your heads that you are not to judge others - and it is true that you are not to judge how someone bows down to God. But we are to clearly commanded by God to diagnose or judge those inside the church who are caught up in sin. The Apostle Paul taught and commanded: "What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. Expel the wicked man from among you." (1 Corinthians 5:12) Yes, we are commanded to judge those inside the church, and we are commanded not to even eat or associate with someone who calls himself a brother yet is sinful (vs 11).

For the record, Remnant Fellowships teach you to examine your own life and to stay focused on your own heart and present it clean before the Lord. We have never turned a repentant heart away. Galatians 6 teaches us to be gentle when a brother is caught up in a sin. The result of mercy and love with a commitment to God above man is beautiful. People are changing from one glory to another glory -- no one remains the same. We must be doing the will of God. Even the enemies to this movement have to admit that they have changed or laid down sin from this teaching. Some people clean out the heart only to experience seven more demons entering (Matthew 12:43-45). Fruit is the key to knowing when God is blessing something or not (Matthew 7:20). Unchanged lives are the defining characteristic of dead churches. People who do not want to lay down sin HAVE to condemn this message of Christ and His true followers, or otherwise they would feel the conviction! Their projection numbs that pain of conviction.

Obedience condemns disobedience. Noah condemned the whole world by his righteousness and faithfulness to God (Hebrews 11:7). The "A" student condemns the "C" student. Why? Because that person (the A student) can give the Great Professor what He actually asked for. Abel could give God what He asked for. So, Cain hated Abel and killed Abel. It is one thing to not give God what He has asked is another to kill and try to murder (with words or otherwise) the person who obeys and preaches obedience to the Creator. God is watching.

What is the difference between obedience and "works?"

Can you get over how many pages in the Bible say to "do the will of God"? It is on every page in one way or another. Again, Jesus said, "only he who does the will of my Father" will enter the Kingdom. If you stay in the Word of God, you have no question of this. However, if you keep listening to the popular religion of today, they will talk out of both sides of their mouths. They will say, "Yes, but…." The word "but" or "however" completely undermines the strong and clear message of pure repentance and obedience of the Bible, thus robbing the hearer of its full meaning and tempting them to stay in their overweight condition or in their stronghold. When someone tries to explain "around" obedience and give it a different definition, then you know down deep that they really can't fathom that God is expecting us to totally bow down to Him. The reason obedience is ever hard is when you are the prostitute-you owe your devotion to one but give it to another. That is the definition of the counterfeit church right now. The Bible described it as the GREAT PROSTITUTE in Revelation 17:1-2: "One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, 'Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits on many waters. With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.'" Simply put, the GREAT PROSTITUTE is the church that has allowed sin on its pews.

You do become intoxicated with the adulteries of prostitution, which is giving your allegiance to the food or sexual lust or anything instead of God. This is disobedience to God. Obedience is fundamental and essential for salvation. It is fundamental and essential for everything to be blessed on earth. It is the summum bonum-the supreme good from which all others are derived. Immediate or "on the spot" obedience is the ultimate goal, for it reveals the heart of man. It speaks volumes about your fundamental nature or the make-up of the core of your soul.

Lucifer has blocked man from obeying God in three major ways. Lie #1 of Satan is that he will say that obedience and repentance are "works," and a "work" takes away from the grace of God. So, you spend your life attending on Sundays to praise God for His work and just admit to what a great sinner (rebellious child) you are, because you think God likes that. Little does this person know that they are the mocker, and in doing this, they are storing up the wrath of God (Romans 2:5). Many will say that obedience is a "work," taking away from the cross of Christ. Woe to anyone who would lead someone to veer from the path of total surrender! Woe to anyone who would relax the cross of Christ or who would cut in on you in this race! The only "work" that is even referenced in the Bible is found in Galatians and Ephesians, and this "work" is referring only to Jewish customs, specifically circumcision, or external physical acts that can be done regardless of the state of the heart. The Apostle Paul warned that you are not saved because you observe a one-time external Jewish custom. Paul would go on to say that circumcision of the flesh did not make you a Jew, but rather circumcision of the heart. Galatians could not have been implying that obedience is a "work," because it later explains in chapter 5:19-21 that anyone who sins will not enter the Kingdom. Paul says that God cannot be mocked-you reap what you sow, and if you reap to please the sinful nature, you will reap eternal punishment (Galatians 6:7-8). He then goes on to say, "Let us not become weary in doing good" (6:9). I refer to people who use the "works" argument to relax obedience to God as people who have "works phobia."

Please tell me, how does bowing down to Jesus Christ take away from Him? How does a child's compliance take away from the parent? It doesn't; it glorifies the parent. How does an employee obeying and completing a project take away from the boss? It doesn't-it thrills the boss. It tells the boss how appreciative you are for the job. For those who want to defend this argument, may you feel the pain of non-compliance with your own children! When you tell your child to clean the kitchen or feed the dogs, I pray that they say, "I can't, because I just don't want to take anything away from you!" That will teach you. Getting you to fall for this lie that obedience and repentance are "works" was Lucifer's greatest accomplishment. It is a lie that claims that obedience takes away from the grace of God. It is a lie that says that all God wants is for you to spend the rest of your life attending on Sundays to thank Him for His sacrifice and to admit what a great sinner you are, and then you will have satisfied the requirements of God Almighty. Please know that you are the mocker when you do this, and you are storing up the wrath of God!

Now, Satan's second greatest accomplishment was lie #2: "If they believe that obedience is necessary, then let them obey, but get them to obey or elevate man-made rules so that even though they are obedient, they are obedient to man, not God!" Do you not see that God is still not being obeyed? It is an ingenious plan of Satan! It's legalism. The rules of "do and do" and "rule on rule" (Isaiah 28:13), but they are not God's rules. Legalists get worn out with the man-made religious rules and are not set free from following them. They then become vulnerable to the teaching of lie #1, which again claims that you don't have to obey. What a sad succession of lies. Man makes the rules, and God's leading is cancelled out. God's leading always says, "Follow the voice of God no matter what it tells you to do." Man's rules are set, so that God cannot guide. For instance, in the book of Acts, Peter had set rules on eating, and yes, God had at one point put them into place, but His leading is higher. The sheet came down with unclean food, and God told Peter in the dream to "Get up, Peter, kill and eat." But Peter argued with God in the dream and said, "Surely not, Lord!" God replied, "Do not call anything impure that God has made clean." Peter again defied the voice of God and said, "No, unclean, unclean," three times (Acts 10:9-16). Legalism argues with the very voice and leading of God because it is the god of rules. No male or female prophet in the Word of God could have ever followed God if they followed pre-set rules. Paul could have never seen the vision on the road to Damascus or been led from one city to another. The only rule that you can have-if you are a true man or woman of God-is this: "God and Jesus Christ rule, and where He leads, I will follow. Even if the will of God leads to the cross, I will follow!!!"

The daughter of a surgeon, I was indoctrinated in medicine early, and I grew up hearing praise for the academic institutions. As a young adult, I obtained a Master's degree in Dietetics. How could I have ever let go of counting fat grams in favor of enjoying bacon and sour cream and blue cheese dressing if I had not been in tune with God and seeking His Word to back up His leading? I couldn't have. There would be no Weigh Down if I had elevated man's rules over God's leading. I did claim "unclean" in the beginning, but I quickly saw that His leading was truly backed up by His Word, and so I let go of the man-made rules. I am healthy and blessed when following God's law of temperance rather than following man's law of making the food behave.

What about money? Now, before Jesus' day, the rule was that wealth was a sign of being blessed by God-Abraham was rich, and Isaac was so rich that no town wanted him because he had so many animals. Job had it all. King David was rich, and Solomon was even richer. The assumption was that being rich meant that you were righteous. That is legalism. The heart that follows the will of God and loves His law is righteous, and this was the example of Abraham, Isaac, Job, King David, and Solomon, and so therefore, God blessed them with wealth. After Christ's time on earth, people did it again. They came up with any formula to keep them from having to get up daily and follow God's lead. The vow of poverty was considered the way to imitate Christ-wearing sandals, growing a beard, wearing no makeup, defiantly home-schooling your children. In fact, generally, the poorer you were, the more "righteous" you were. If you wanted the praise of man, then you imitated the externals of Jesus. Poverty was the sign of righteousness, not the fact that Jesus got up every day and devoted Himself internally to "not my will but yours be done" and "my food is to do what You want today, no matter where it leads me-even if it is like a lamb to the slaughter."

When we last moved, I got no less than 50 signs to buy the house we are currently in-the one my husband led me to. I did not even have the time to go around and look at other options with the real-estate agent. I told God that others were legalistic and would not believe that He led us to this large home, but the Bible opened to how God gave Jehoshaphat riches and honor (2 Chron. 17:3-5). I reminded God that those two things did not go together in the 20th century. In today's world, riches=sin and poverty=righteousness. I have known having little, and I have known having a lot, but I also knew my heart cared about neither. Why would God want to put me in this situation? It had been hard enough to deal with the legalists about brownies…and here I was, eating brownies and living in a big house with my kids attending public schools. All God-led, but not pleasing to those who have made up their own rules about righteousness. But God is everything. You must have scriptures to back up the leading of God, and you must stay under His authority. God had big lessons for all of this leading. It was never for my own indulgence or for me in any way, but rather for the glorification of God. Your rules-even disciplined rules-block the leading of God.

And finally, if all else fails, Satan will try lie #3: "Change the meaning of obedience so that the person never goes all the way." Notice that those who want to coddle sin try this tactic-they change the meaning of the word "obedience" and the meanings of many other words, as well. They say that "obedience" is not following a list of hard-to-follow commands from God or following His hard-to-follow laws, but rather just "trying hard," for "waiting on God," or "pursuing His will." Notice that "trying," "waiting," and "pursuing" is not doing. Why do we try to hard to get around the will of God? Why would we want to argue with the rock-solid foundation of proving whom is your Lord? Why? Because we want to be the god. Again and again we find a way around simple and pure immediate surrender. If you hear this message and say that you are "trying" to obey, that only means that you have decided to obey in your own good time. If you decide when you obey, then you are the god of time. You call the shots. You are the boss over God, and you have taken His chair once again.

The only true test is complete and immediate compliance to God. As you are birthing Spirit by obeying God, you will get to a point where waiting for the stomach growl is perfect. You don't have to think or reason or justify or calculate or plan your day with food. You just obey the leading of God-pure and simple. You forget all about eating until the command comes, and your preoccupation changes from planning meals to planning, calculating, praying, searching, and fulfilling the wishes, precepts, commands, will, and impulses of the Spirit of God. You become the feet, hands, and mouth for the will of God. This is the most fun, peaceable, and enjoyable life. Finding a fellowship of like-minded believers is incredible because the families and children are delightful as everyone is surrendering to the will of God. You have no malice or jealousy or hate or backbiting or gossip. It is truly what the Bible describes as the New Jerusalem.

Notice that God's laws are hard to follow when you have your own laws that you want to follow…but God's laws are sweeter than honey from the honeycomb for those who love His laws (Psalms 19:10). If you are still struggling, it is because you still want to be the boss somehow, some way. You do not want to be broken like a horse to that you can be directed left and right. Instead, you want to run wild, and that is the mark of the beast. If you are still struggling, it is because you still want to mix your ways with God's ways, and the wineskins will burst (Matthew 9:17). God will not let your final weight come off until you simply go from growl to growl in obedience. If you second-guess His commands or say, "this one time won't matter," then you are still the god! If you have been taking laxatives or diet pills to cover up last night's binge, you may find that now you are somewhat addicted because your stomach gets bloated when you stop taking the laxatives or cathartics. If this sounds like you, then you need to stop and just let your stomach bloat for a couple of days-you must pay for the consequences of playing god. Your stomach will get back to normal. And by the way, don't worry about constipation-just drink some hot coffee or tea in the morning and walk a little…you will be okay. If you will just go from growl to growl with your eating, your stomach will heal and your spastic colon will go away. Relax…obey…and stop getting yourself into trouble by second-guessing God!

God is the Genius and you are not. We don't have true geniuses on earth-just people with a few of God's brain cells. But pride gets people into trouble. Pride is actually stupidity, whereas the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom (Psalms 111:10, Proverbs 9:10). The fear of God is just the beginning. Wisdom comes from God and is given to those who are smart enough to know that they are not The God and that they are only mortal, made from dust, and very dependent in all ways upon the Creator. Pride is unbearable to be around because it is so ignorant but thinks it is so smart. Ugh! Conversations with prideful people are very empty; in contrast, conversations with humble people are very deep. You are not going to be able to change the will of God. His set-up is perfect. He has let us be exposed to all kinds of people so that we can be built up into the spiritual house that He is building off the precious cornerstone of Jesus Christ. We must line our rock-our foundation-up to THE ROCK. He is the plumb-line or the standard to which we all will be compared, for we were called to follow Him and walk in His steps.

If you have our own path and you take our own steps, then you think you are wiser than Jesus Christ. You think that you are the Messiah and you can save yourself. Do not let your actions suggest that you think you are a God, Savior, Messiah, or Lord any longer. You must repent and humble yourself in the sight of all-especially God.

By the way, there is a difference between "trying to get off the throne of God" and trying to get a clear directive on the leading of God. One is a choice and one is a process. If you have not chosen God as Lord, then you are not a child of God (Romans 8:9). The blood of Christ is for those who have repented of this rebellious behavior. Once you truly choose God as Lord, you will notice that there is a learning curve to understanding exactly what the Lord wants; these unintentional stumblings are covered by the blood of Christ. Read 1 John 2:1-2. (Also, see "Confidence in God" on page 74.)

You must come to God on His terms, and that is a condition of the heart that is truly humble-a heart that knows it cannot rule God and cannot put the world in front of THE GOD OF THE UNIVERSE. Each person must start out with a baptism, publicly announcing your willing death-to-self and your willing "yes" to the leading of God. Some can die to self only to turn around and pick up the leading of Satan again…but this must be a true "yes" to the will of God with no looking back. You must stay in the Word and under Godly counsel, for you will be very vulnerable to snakes that want to lead you away from total and complete sweet surrender to the wishes of God and put you back under man-made rules that drain you and do not give life or the fruit of the Spirit.

Remember, we must do the will of God. "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up" (Galatians 6:9).

The people who feel that Jesus and John the Baptist and Peter (as well as those who quote the Prophets and Apostles and the Lord, such as Remnant Fellowships) were condemning only want to disobey and feel good about it. They define a "loving atmosphere" as one that is free from spankings or correction. Correction is the greatest love! The Bible says that if you do not discipline your child, you are "a willing party to his death" (Proverbs 19:18). The Bible says that God disciplines those whom He loves (Hebrews 12:5-6). Do you want obedience without correction and descriptions of the consequences? Then find one prophet who actually accomplished that! You will find nothing but reinforcement that a strong message is always the message from the Creator Himself.

People want no fear -- but fear is the key to the treasure (Isaiah 33:6b). Once you obey, you have no fear: "For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid.." (Romans 13:3-4). This is too simple: do right and you will have peace with no fear. But yes, be afraid if you are rewriting the Word of God and the grace of God on this subject! Jude 4 says clearly: "For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord."

Finally, to those who are spying on our freedom in Christ to obey God without struggle (because God is Sovereign) and to have no other strongholds or gods before Him, know that the Apostle Paul was very condemning of those who taught a different message, as was the author of the Book of Jude. Paul said the following: "Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!" (Galatians 1:7-8) God is upset with the people who relax the message of laying down sin and the people who are fighting against His messengers who teach His TRUE message of freedom from sin -- not freedom to sin.

In summary, don't believe someone who says, "I love obedience but the message is condemning." This is saying, "God, I like your end but I don't like your means." There is only one way to the path of total obedience - God's way. Remember, even Christ suffered. (Hebrews 5:7)

What does Remnant teach regarding the essence of God?

Remnant Fellowships believe that God is the Alpha and the Omega and the Beginning and the End (Revelation 1:17; 21:6; 22:13). God is everything to us. We know that He sent His only Son (John 3:16), that in Him He is well pleased (Matthew 3:17), and God has given Him all authority as Messiah, Lord, Master, Father of the First Born and that He has created all things through Him (Colossians 1:16). Jesus is the sacrificial Lamb of God that was sacrificed for our sins and through His blood we are reconciled back to God. Through His blood we can now enter the presence of God that is, since the curtain has torn through the sacrifice of Christ we can enter the Most Holy of Holies (Hebrews 10:19). Because God has told us to follow Christ and love Him, we obey God and we love and obey Christ as our Master, Great Shepherd, Messiah, Lord and the Son of God. We pick up our cross and follow Christ in suffering and shame and in sacrifice for this is the will of the Father.

Three hundred years past the death of Christ, a council met in Nicea, and they started developing a totally new concept that was both foreign to the Jews and the early Christians.

This man-made creed, now known as the trinity, has been summarized as follows:

Are there more Gods than one? There is but one only, the living and true God. How many persons are there in the Godhead? There are three persons in the Godhead, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one God, the same in substance, equal in power and glory. (Zondervan Pictorial Bible Dictionary, 1963).

Prior to the release of the god-head trinity statements, there were no books written on the essence of God, nor were there any controversies, for everyone knew that God was God and that a Messiah would come. There was no discussion of three heads, three persons or three anything. God had never been referred to as a person or a triune being. There was no need for debate given that this concept never crossed anyones mind until 325 A.D. Since then, there have been volumes written to try to explain this new creed. Why would it take volumes? The reason is because it is inexplicable in light of the Word of God.

There was a big difference between the two approaches for persuasion: one side used/uses the loving words of Jesus, the Prophets, and the Apostles for promoting the truth, while the other side used/uses slander, sarcasm, labeling, fear of isolation and, in the past, torture and burning at the stake (Foxes Book of Martyrs, John Foxe, 1583). Reason and fear are very different. Since we originally released the Essence of God statement, several preachers have called, come by the office, or written to say that they agree with my statement. Some admitted to having remained quiet because of the unyielding and forceful criticism and labeling that they would have to endure. Never did Christ force His view by fear - but the enemy would try to get Him to change His views by threatening death and carrying it out. There has been many a Christian killed by the hand of professed Christians for disagreeing that God and Jesus are one person and disagreeing that Gods Spirit is a third person. People were, and still are, dis-fellowshipped and labeled for believing that Jesus is the Son of God. This practice was adopted by mainstream Protestant churches, and even today one is still labeled a cult if you do not believe that there are three co-equal partners in one godhead a description that is not found in the confines of Genesis to Revelation. Understanding the essence of God is deemed a mystery by Trinitarians because, again, there are so many contradictions in the Word of God to what they are trying to teach. However, the most hypocritical practice of all is that a man-made mystery and creed (created in 325 A.D. and not included in the Word of God) is the critical doctrine for deciding who is in or out of Christianity. Heresy should originate from creating a new doctrine not found in the Word of God!

This several page document could easily have turned into a 500-page book because of all the evidence supporting that God is the Father and that Jesus is indeed the Son of God, under the authority of God, but I felt led to condense this text. Therefore, this text will not include arguments from other well-respected writers or theologians (and there are many) who agree that the trinity is a man-made doctrine that defies all scripture. This document will depend only on the words and concepts brought forward by Jesus, the Apostles, and the Prophets of God who spoke on Gods behalf. Those words are all we need. The other great men who have bravely stood their ground over the centuries will be blessed.

God told us to seek wisdom and dig for it like one mines silver or precious stones. Those who are willing to look beyond the man-made creeds and traditions are true seekers. Seeking the truth will set you free. A subject that has been so hotly debated over the centuries needs more than a cursory look and this basic subject, like all foundational subjects, should not be left up to debates between a few theologians. Many people have grown up just accepting this man-made creed called the trinity without ever knowing what it meant. Part of this indoctrination includes a teaching that no one can really understand this mystery. The person then reasons that, since no one can understand, why bother? This is exactly what Satan wants you to do in your seeking process. He wants you to just accept everything without really testing it against the Word of God. There is a war going on for each of our souls and the first weapon you need to put on is the belt of Truth (Ephesians 6:14).

As you dig for this wisdom, we encourage you to keep the Bible handy to reference all scripture given. We strongly encourage the use of the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible. The worlds top theologians, linguists, and scholars of Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek spent many thousands of hours researching and discussing the meaning of the original manuscripts and texts, producing perhaps the most thorough and reviewed translation of Gods Holy Word to date.

We will have to give account for our words when the Day of Judgment comes (Matthew 12:36). The writer of the book of Revelation (most likely the Apostle John) says, I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city (Revelation 22:18). We all know that we are mere men and that we cannot change what God wants taught.

There are many words, but especially concepts, that are added in this new doctrine: trinity, god-head, calling God, Jesus and the Spirit of God persons. All of these things should raise a red flag. A new word that defines a concept that has already been presented is fine, such as the word Bible. The word Bible is Latin for The Book, which is referencing The Scriptures. References to the scriptures are found all over the Word of God. We are talking about a new concept that was introduced 325-400 years past Christ and again, the concept is not found in the Bible. Surely a triune God would have been referred to by our Lord Jesus, by the Apostles or by one of the main writers of the New Testament, such as the Apostle Paul. Neither the concept, nor term god-head, nor the concept or term trinity is found in the sacred scriptures. How can this be denied or ignored? Again, do a word search: there is no reference in the Bible to the word or the concept of trinity, for it was never on the lips of our Savior, of any Apostles, nor of any prophets. The Jews strictly reject the concept of this creed and never in history have they ever supported such a teaching throughout all of the centuries. That should speak volumes. The religion of Islam is a religion formed from the teachings of Old and New Testament and represents millions of people who strictly reject all the implied concepts of the trinity. Moses, who God spoke to face to face, never ever implied the concepts of the trinity nor god-head. The point, in and of itself, is not what I use to argue its invalidity. These man-made teachings have been hotly debated since its inception because they do create a whole new religion that is not found in the Old or the New Testaments. The words Christian and Trinitarian do not go together. In other words, the teaching of the trinity was formed hundreds of years after the time of Christ; yet the Old Testament and the New Testament are thousands of years old and are divinely inspired. What happened in 325-415 A.D., that all of the sudden a new (and confusing) revelation of God was added to the Judeo/Christian thought?

Jesus was with God in the beginning. Surely He would have let His Apostles in on the fact that, by the way, I really am God the Father and sorry about the confusion of calling my self the Son of God all the time! But no, He insisted on the fact that He was not the Father but rather the Son. John Chapter 10 tells the classic story of where the preachers of the day were going to stone Jesus for they thought He was claiming to be God, and yet Christ denied it and made it clear that He was only saying that He was the Son of God. (You have got to stop here and read that story: John 10:22-42.) Christianity came from the Jews and for centuries they knew that no one could see YHWH face to face and still live. The Jews were afraid to say Gods name much less see Him face to face. The Jews were well aware of the distinction between YHWH and the coming Messiah who would be an earthly Savior. It was and should be impossible to think that God made Himself into a baby and then let men kill Him on a cross!

At the time this new concept was introduced, there wasnt a strong scriptural argument for this new teaching, but rather a powerful authoritarian leadership in the 3rd and 4th century that burned dissenters at the stake. Arguments for the creed would remain weak but with the use of strong fear tactics, the teaching was reinforced and surpassed the centuries old Judeo/Christian foundational teachings of Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one (Deuteronomy 6:4), and that God would give power and authority to His Son because His Son lived to please Him and was tempted by Satan but refused to misuse this power and try to take over Gods position. (Read about the temptations of power offered to Jesus in Luke Chapter 4.) This several thousand year old Judeo/Christian teaching was replaced with a god-head with multiple personalities and forms; a god-head that would even talk to Himself on the cross, in the garden and during baptism. Because of an oppressive religious system that was unlike any system that had ever hit the planet, people were tortured into reciting and accepting the new man-made doctrine. The introduction that God had two or three heads was most definitely frightening to the early church, for the Jews and early Christians knew from all scripture that Jesus was the Son of God and God Almighty and Jesus were two separate beings. No such godhead concept had been introduced in scripture. God as the Father is referenced many, many times and Jesus being referred to as the Son of the Father, multiple times. This new concept, that Jesus was really just the Father incarnate, was shocking and that was why it was and is hotly debated. Not one passage says that God and Jesus are a god-head, nor a trinity, nor that God incarnated Himself in the form of a human and came to earth and talked to Himself. One voice from heaven stated, You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased" (Luke 3:22) at the same time that Jesus was most definitely on earth being baptized. To think that this is a two-headed person who talks to Himself and is pleased with Himself is too horrifying to conceive, for it completely goes against the entire Word of God. Only a demon could have birthed this concept and could have tortured people to keep them out of the Word of God and in the Dark Ages. Demons burn dissenters at the stake not God. This creed mutated the true church into a new and twisted religion. Can you imagine the horror of knowing that you and your loved ones would be burned at the stake if you did not accept this new three-headed monstrous view of God? Imagine being tempted to quote this creed in a weekly ritual because dissenters would be caught and weeded out, leaving behind a confused and weakened crowd of only those too afraid to die for truth. This tradition is still in place today.

Monotheism was fundamental to the Jews as well as to Christians. In fact, all of Jerusalem and the Church would be founded on the fact that we have to forsake the world and other passions and idols and serve only one God. Chapters 28 and 29 of Deuteronomy (the Book of the Law, the Torah, or the commands of God) lay out clearly that if the children of God remain monotheistic then they will prosper, and if they become polytheistic they will suffer. You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. (Exodus 20:4) God would go on to describe Himself as a Jealous God and that indeed His name was Jealous (Exodus 34:14).

God sending a Son or a Savior (Messiah) was not polytheism. His was a very high but subordinate position. Just as John the Baptist spent his entire life pointing to Jesus and making Him known, Jesus spent every waking breath and action pointing to the Father with statements such as: Why do you call me good? Jesus answered. No one is good-except God alone. (Mark 10:18); My food, said Jesus, is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. (John 4:34); No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (Matthew 24:36); the world must learn that I love the Father and that I do exactly what my Father has commanded me. (John 14:31) Jesus never thought that He was the Father; if He did Christ would have been free to let the Apostles know that new secret. Satan surely never treated Jesus as God the Father. How absurd to think that God Himself tested Himself against Satan. The scripture reads as follows: The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. So if you worship me, it will all be yours. Jesus answered, It is written: Worship the Lord your God and serve him only. (Luke 4:5-8) (See also Deuteronomy 6:13). Do you really want to rewrite the Bible to say that God sent Himself to earth to be tempted by Satan to worship Satan and the prize would be the kingdoms of the earth? God already owns the earth and gave the earth to Satan only Jesus could be tempted with power. Satan wasnt asking the Creator of the Universe to worship Him! Satan asked the Son of God to worship Him. Satan wants power and He is behind the push to make you think that Jesus is equal in power to YHWH because He wants to dilute Gods power.

The only plausible explanation for mankind to come up with such a creed that made Jesus and God a triune God was the fear of being associated with polytheism - which was a concern due to the widespread influence of the Greeks at the time of Christ (Acts 17:16-23). In the midst of polytheism, the Israelites had always proclaimed truthfully that there was but one God. Once Jesus (the Son of God) entered the picture, someone erroneously thought that this might appear polytheistic. In other words, they feared that Christianity would not be distinctive, but would look like a multiple God religion. This was such an unnecessary concern because many rulers have had sons. No one, however, has ever thought that a king/prince, father/son, or ruler/son line of authority means polytheism. You assume they are one or united in purpose else the Father would have fired him long ago. Everyone has a soul and a spirit this does not make them two people. Well, in spite of the clear Word of God that Jesus was the only begotten Son - the Council of Nicea came up with the new concept that Jesus and God are the same being. This was a heretical, dangerous, and unnecessary stretch for Christianity. The above creed developed by man between 325 and 415 A.D. (300-400 years past Christs death) brought forth this new doctrine that God transformed Himself into multiple personalities, with no scriptures to back this up. How simple (from scriptures) it is to over come this polytheistic dilemma: just because God has a Son, it is still the same kingdom it is not polytheism. King David had a son, Solomon, that would take over the throne but this is not a new kingdom. Many employers have sons who rise up to right hand management, but it is not two separate businesses. Again, this was an unnecessary doctrine created out of fear of association with the Greek culture of polytheism, especially in the light that no lives were more devoted to one God than the early Christians. The early Christians gave up everything for God and His only Son. The whole concept of Jerusalem and the New Jerusalem is wholehearted devotion to Gods Kingdom, through Jesus Christ His Son.

There are 2-3 scriptures that reference Jesus as God or Lord of man, and this in reference to His position over us. Jesus was given authority by God as our Savior, Lord, Master and God but Jesus always referred to His Father as His God. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46) I am returning to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God. (John 20:17) As you can see from these scriptures, Jesus never left us with a mystery. The false teachers of the third century did that. So, this is simple: any reference to Jesus, as God or Father is Christs relation and position to mankind. He is the father of the firstborn and He is our God (see Essence of God illustration). Jesus was the firstborn over all creation, was in heaven and then came to earth, and then went back to heaven to sit at the right hand side of God. Immanuel (God with us) lets us know Jesus position to mankind He is our God and we must bow down. Simple; easy. No one should ever feel any pressure from the Scriptures to come up with a new concept to explain why Jesus is our Lord. He is the tried and true, tested all the way to death on a cross, Son of God who has lived out total loyalty to God the Father.

The point here is that it is easy to see the positional scriptures that refer to Jesus as God to mankind (but He still remains the Son of God) (1 Corinthians 15:27), but there is no way to explain away the hundreds of references of Jesus being the Son of God. Anyone can see this. So, why was there the push to make God into water, steam, and ice in 325 A.D.? It was because a few people could not understand this simple concept of relation. God made Jesus our Master, Lordbut this did not make Him morph into God. Jesus would not consider this. It takes effort to stay confused because this is so simple. My brother is my brotherbut his children also call him father. Simple. Again read 1 Corinthians 15:27. You can rest assured that any confusing doctrine or anti-authority seeds are planted by Satan. Satan would love to take over Gods power, and if not, diminish His control by spreading the power out. But, Jesus would have none of that, as He was tested in the desert after fasting for 40 days for that very thing. Christ refused to take Gods power to rule, control or manipulate Him. After passing His test, Jesus was then allowed to start His ministry.

In addition, one of the most major foundational teachings in the Word of God is that Jesus lived to do the will of the Father and that when Jesus and God did not have the same will (as in the Garden of Gethsemane), Jesus said, May this cup be taken from me, yet not as I will but as you will. (Matthew 26:39) This foundational teaching is a huge concept of submission that would be eradicated by the trinity doctrine, for in that doctrine, God would be talking to Himself, saying: not my will but my will be done! No! There are two separate wills and two separate minds to the point that Jesus admitted that only the Father would know the exact time and date of Judgment Day (Mark 13:32). How can a head keep something from itself? One of the major Salvation statements of Jesus was, Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only True God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent (John 17:3) not just one of them. The Jews never taught that the Messiah was simply the Father and they never taught that God transformed Himself into other beings. For several thousand centuries, the Jews taught that God was Supreme and that He would send a Son or Messiah. Many 20th century Christians have never thought differently because they did really not know what the Trinitarian doctrine teaches. It is now time to find out that trinity does not stand for a reference to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit; but, rather, stands for a teaching that says God, in the form of Jesus, only existed 33 years here on earth. It is time to look closely at what being a Trinitarian implies to the world. I know that it is difficult to question long-standing traditions, but the tradition of the Word has been around much longer than this man-made tradition. Many people quote this creed weekly, many of which do not even comprehend what it is saying and how it goes against the Holy Scriptures.

God does not give His position away, after testing Christ who is at His right hand. God does not deny Himself. If you claim to be a Trinitarian, then you support this doctrine which teaches that God and Jesus are one being--equal in power, substance and glory. Again, neither the concept or term of the word god-head, nor the concept or term of the word trinity, is found in the sacred scriptures. But, most of all, the concept of equal in power is a teaching straight from Hades. Jesus and God are one only in purpose: God rules. God made up the purpose and Jesus accepted it. We have been called to be one in purpose with Christ that does not make us the same being. Jesus is the Son of God and He is Lord, Master and God of mankind. But, Jesus never took over the Fathers position, though tempted by Satan many times. Indeed, He is the Son sitting at Gods right hand while God is on the throne. Satan started early in the church to get rid of the precious authority line that would prove to be a strategic element to salvation by trying to make Jesus equal in power. Philippians Chapter 2, however, clearly lays out the truth which says, Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped (Philippians 2:5,6). Scripture cannot be broken. Jesus did not consider equality with God a thing to be grasped or comprehended. You know it from this passage. You know it more by His actions, which speak louder than words.

For centuries the scriptures talked of the coming Messiah who was referred to as The Helper of Israel. Saying that YHWH was also Jesus would always be the biggest question that outsiders would have for Catholicism for they could see no reference to this in the Word of God. Again, the Jews would preach for centuries that God would send a Messiah or Savior for the people of Israel. God would say (through the Prophet Isaiah): Here is my servant, [not here is myself] whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations. So do not fear, for I am with you; [not, I am with myself]; do not be dismayed, for I am your God [how clear can this get?]. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you, declares the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. (Isaiah 42:1; 41:10,13) Clearly God was the God of Jesus, and God sent Jesus not Himself - to earth. Jesus did not send God. 1 Corinthians 15:27 teaches: For he has put everything under his feet. Now when it says that everything has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. So, Jesus was the firstborn over creation (Colossians 1:15), so He was there before the creation of the earth. In relation to man, He is I Am [before Abraham, I Am], and in relation to us, He is God, Lord, Messiah (John 1:41), and Father of all the First Born. This does not in any way minimize His relationship to His Father, in whom He claimed, my food is to do the will of him who sent me [my Father] and to finish His work (John 4:34). Jesus lived to please the Father; He did not live to please Himself! Jesus did not even begin to imply that He created God, or that God lived to please Him, or that God was equal to Him in position or power. These teachings are heretical and will be judged by God Almighty because they lead the sheep away from the true Jesus.

Jesus spent His life declaring that He was the Son of God. Some say this is too clear of a concept to be divine. How impertinent to muddy up something that God wanted to make clear! He gave us children on earth so that we could even understand the concept of giving up a child, which, by the way, is harder to do than giving up your own life. There is no greater pain than losing a child. Many have had to experience this, including me. I cried for no less than 8 months, and I still become teary-eyed when I think of this loss. To believe that God incarnated Himself and gave up Himself completely misses the ultimate love. Obviously, right next to this is giving up your own life for others.

The trinity doctrine wrongly teaches that God incarnated Himself and came down as Jesus and then ascended back to the throne, and all that you will see when you get to Heaven is God the Father or a Spirit. We know that this teaching is heretical and defies the Bibles clear teaching that God is the Father, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that the Spirit of God is the Spirit of God and that the Spirit of Christ is the Spirit of Christ (Romans 8:9; 1 Cor. 2:10,11). When Stephen was martyred, the heavens opened and he saw Jesus sitting at the right hand of God (Acts 7:55; Christ seated at right hand side of God also in Luke 22:69; Ephesians 1:20 and Colossians 3:1). People who disagree with parts of the trinity statement need to stand up and confess that they do not uphold the traditional trinity doctrine; they should boldly admit that they believe differently. After all, you are not to fear man, but God alone. It is well documented that early critics of the trinity statements were burned at the stake for disagreeing and also so they could serve as an example to the quieter dissenters. The creed of the trinity was recited in worship each week, and it was easy to recognize the protester who would not open his mouth to recite the creed. All were banished or severely tortured or burned at the stake.

All people who supported the true Biblical view of God died off or became chicken, leaving behind a zombie-like and compliant congregate that would not question the essence of God for the next 1500 yearswith the exception of a few. I have found that most who profess to be a Trinitarian cannot actually explain what they believe, meaning that they do not really know what they believe or what their leadership teaches. Presently, some denominations teach that Jesus and God are the same person, while others say separate beings who are still one never making that clear. You cannot have it both ways. So as not to divide the congregation, most leaders become diplomats and say that it is thereby a mystery and no human will ever really know the truth. This unexplainable doctrine now allows multiple beliefs under one roof -- as long as they claim to be a Trinitarian since it has become a centrally accepted creed by mainstream Christianity. Therefore, most members have blindly accepted this trinity teaching, and it became very widespread and has been offered to members without question for over 1,500 years. Yes, at one time, people were burned at the stake for holding strong to the teachings that were actually in the Bible, but today you are free to believe what you want and state itand perhaps you will undergo only verbal criticism (from man, not God) for thinking on your own. But the people who have not sought God out on this entire issue will undergo criticism from God not man!

If the scripture is our ultimate authority, we can reason together. But if you hold what your minister or preacher or pastor says as higher than Gods Word, then man is your source and numbers of men are your confirmation -- and this will not hold up on Judgment Day. The Word of God easily dispels the trinity teaching, and it is frightening that such a teaching has been swallowed by this generation without question when Bibles are so readily available. God will be much more forgiving of those back in the 3rd and 4th centuries who were illiterate or without the translated Word of God at all.

What heresy it would be to teach that when Jesus was baptized, the heavens opened and a voice came from the heavens while Jesus was still on the earth and it said, This is myself, with myself I am well pleased, instead of the actual scriptural version of This is my Sonwith him I am well pleased. (Matthew 17:5)!

How can this well-educated generation support that when Jesus was in the Garden, He said, Not my will, but my will be done, instead of the scriptural Not my will, but yours be done (Luke 22:42)? Do you really believe that when Jesus was on the cross, He must have meant, Myself, myself, why have I forsaken myself? instead of what is actually in Mark 15:34: My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? You cannot possibly have enough arguments to convince the world that God is not the Father and that Jesus is not the Son of God using the scriptures.

Trinitarians cannot seem to answer questions such as, Are you saying that God transforms Himself into different beings? and Why does He talk to Himself, such as saying He was pleased with Himself at Jesus baptism? and Why would anyone want to begin to teach that Jesus is not the Son of God but actually God the Father? It makes no sense at all.

In the early 1600s, Galileo taught that the Earth and the other planetary bodies rotated around the sun, contradicting centuries of teachings that everything revolved around the Earth. As a result for teaching what they felt was heresy, Galileo was ultimately denounced, tried, and condemned by the Catholic Church. Found guilty because of what he taught, he was forced to live the rest of his life under house arrest not for any heretical theological views, but because he defied the current beliefs by teaching that the Earth revolved around the sun. Almost 400 years later, in the fall of 1992, Pope John Paul II gave an address in which he admitted that errors had been made by the Catholic Churchs theological advisors in the case of Galileo. However, he still did not admit that the church was wrong to convict Galileo on a charge of heresy due to his correct belief that the Earth rotates around the sun. The generations since Galileos time have all paid for the wrongful conviction and treatment of this scientist, because one has to wonder how far science could have progressed if they had been free to follow his truthful discoveries.

After reading this document, many will say that they have never believed that Jesus and God are the same being, but they are still a Trinitarian. These people cannot have it both ways! The title of Trinitarian means you believe that God has 3 facets (God in three persons) but is ultimately one being, and so you cannot also believe that He, Christ, and the Spirit are 3 separate beings. This person who tries to claim it both ways is afraid of man and needs to take a stand against this wrong creed.

What this debate boils down to is this: either you support the Trinitarian creed or you do not. You cannot be a Trinitarian and think that you are not supporting God in two or three persons. It is a creed. You cant sing on Sunday morning, God in three persons, blessed trinity if you are not supporting the three-is-one concept. If you believe that God and Jesus are the same being by way of the trinity creed, then you have to believe that THE GOD OF THE UNIVERSE made Himself into a baby, then let man kill Him on a cross, and then made Him rise again after 3 days!

Man cannot and did not kill the Alpha and the Omega on a cross. The God of the Universe did not die on the cross -- Jesus Christ died on the cross. Stop letting the blind lead the blind. Repent now from believing that God and Jesus are the same being. This is an abomination. What has happened to the New Testament teachings? Why have we let over 17 centuries go by without putting a stop to this madness? This very discrepancy has been one of the biggest arguments against Christianity from atheism and other religions. God cannot bless such false teachings.

The Bible is far too clear on what heresy is. A heretic is someone who does not believe that Jesus is the Son of God. First John 2:22-23 says, Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist--he denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. A person who believes in the trinity believes that the Father and the Son are one person, denying the Father and denying the Son. So who is it that we will see when we get to heaven the Father or the Son? Certainly not both, if you hold to the Trinitarian belief. You have denied that they can exist as two separate beings.

If you see my point at all, please know that there is no need to continue to support this unstable doctrine from centuries ago, since people are not burned at the stake anymore. You might find verbal persecution, but you should leap for joy and rejoice when you are persecuted for the sake of the Word and for Jesus Christ! There is only one thing to fear, and that is God.

I fully believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. I do not believe that He will change into the Father, but He will remain the Son and be seated at the Father's right-hand side when we get to heaven (Ephesians 1:20; Colossians 3:1). Luke 22:69-71 says, But from now on, the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the mighty God. They all asked, Are you then the Son of God? He replied, You are right in saying I am. Then they said, Why do we need any more testimony? We have heard it from his own lips.

Does the image of God really matter? The scripture tells us what His image is like, and this passage from Acts lets us know that how we portray Him really does matter to Him! For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, `We are his offspring.' Therefore since we are God's offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone--an image made by man's design and skill. In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent (Acts 17:28-30).

Paul says clearly that if we are made in His image -- we are Gods offspring--then we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone. Likewise, the Bible taken in context does not support the teaching or concept of the Nicene Creed, the trinity teaching that God is just a mystery. God spoke face to face to Moses in the book of Numbers; God walked in the garden in Eden in the book of Genesis. Many times the Bible refers to God sitting on the throne with Jesus at His right side. If we are told that we are created in His image, then why argue whether or not the image has a face, walks, talks, sits, etc?

I am grieved at the stubbornness of mankind, which rejects the Bible in favor of a man-made creed from 325 A.D. Paul said that we should not think of God as an image made of Gods design. The trinity has its own god-head, mysterious ghostly spirit image that it has taught and is not backed up by the scriptural teachings on the essence of God. As Paul said, there was a time when God overlooked such ignorance; however, now He commands all men everywhere to repent.

Look again at the following passage from Acts 17:26-30:

From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. `For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, `We are his offspring.' "Therefore since we are God's offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone--an image made by man's design and skill. In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.

It is clear from this passage that we should think about the right image of God. It is clear from this passage that we have the right image of God, since we are His offspring. That is the image to associate God withnot stone or silver or gold or simply spirit. As I just stated, the image we have of God in the Bible is one who sits, talks, walks, etc. All of these are pictures that God has used to build the image that He wants us to have while on earth. Gods image and the image of His Son do matter, and more importantly, the understanding of Gods position, Jesuss position, and our position in creation matters greatly. God is the Father. Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, and He now sits at the Fathers right hand side. We are mankind, with Christ as our Savior and the Head of the Church.

This subject is very important because when Jesus was praying to the Father, His goal was to make His own position and God's position known. Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.(John 17:3). As the centuries went by, anyone who disagreed with the man-made doctrine of the Nicene Creed was deemed a heretic, far from the definition of a heretic in the Bible. Again, First John 2 would say that anyone who did not acknowledge that Jesus Christ was the Son of God was a heretic or the anti-Christ. My prayers are with you so that you can see God's Word in the light that He wants Himself and His Son revealed.

People who have questioned trinity teachings in the past and present have sometimes been accused of being cult leaders by people whose faulty reasoning are that cult leaders are people who explain mysteries that our finite minds cannot understand. This is outlandish and unreasonable and a great persecution to anyone! Explaining or revealing mysteries by the help of God is not the definition of a cult leaderotherwise, Daniel or Solomon or the Apostle Paul would be accused of leading cults because they explained mysteries of God and Jesus Christ! Daniel 2:47 states, The king said to Daniel, Surely your God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery.

Think about this: if these cult experts use their definition to say that my understanding of God, Son, and Spirit is wrong, then they themselves must claim to understand enough to know that I am wrong, so therefore -- by their own definition -- they are the cult leader! If these accusers do not understand a mystery, they need to say so. I believe that anyone can understand the Word of God on this subject matter. From what we have seen in the e-mails and calls that have come to our office since we began sharing this truth about the Father and the Son, it seems that the trinity tradition is what is actually creating the mysteries and misunderstandings about God and Jesus Christ.

Presently, the mainstream church does not burn dissenters alive, but they certainly do try to burn their reputations at the stake through lies, gossip, and slander. They have no foundational scriptures to back up their argument, so they merely attack the person at the other end of the argument. Early in the lives of those brought up in the counterfeit church, the children are taught ritual and creedand most importantly they are taught that if anyone veers from this broadly accepted man-made creed, then that person is believing a lie or dabbling in heresy. Rather, what should be taught is the 66 books of the Bible, and that if anyone adds to or takes away from Gods Word, that person will be condemned (Revelation 22:18,19). That should bring a deep-seated fear upon someone, whether they debate away the accuracy of the details to undermine your confidence in THE HOLY WORD or they drip seeds of doubt on the inspiration of the Word by offering their own misgivings.

As has been said before, 99% of the theologians today have stated they do not believe in the inspiration of THE WORD OF GOD, but they will debate strongly a man-made creed written in 325 A.D.! This should throw up red flags all over the place. The counterfeit church has done a thorough job on its victims for they fear the one holding to the Word and questioning man-made ideas. Again, Paul warns us in Colossians 2:8; See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition Why would anyone be threatened by examining a human tradition, even one that is generally accepted? I would be more concerned with someone who questioned the inspiration of the Holy Scripture, and there are many such leaders today who actually fall into that category. Not long ago, I had an opportunity to walk through the visitor side of Notre Dame in Paris during mass, and not once was the Bible opened by priest or member. In fact, from what I could see, not one member had a Bible in his hand. This reversal of sacredness (man-made creeds vs. the Word) is the foundation for the Counterfeit Church (see the New Jerusalem document on the Remnant Fellowship website;, and this reversal is most necessary if you are going to bring the victims to their complete demise. There were incense sensors and the Eucharist at the mass, but out of thousands in attendance, there was no confession of sin, no repentance, and no fear of not opening Gods Word. I couldnt believe it! The Word of God is my life and light for the right path! I cannot go one day without searching the Word and then searching my heart to see if what I am doing and saying is lining up with the Cornerstone and the Capstone of Jesus Christ. We cannot afford in our few short years to just guess at what God wants from us. The true church will turn you from your sin and you will feel a fear of ever going against the will of the Father, and you will be surrounded by the Word of God and by people who want the Word of God more than their daily bread (Job 23:12).

Through the early prophets, God had clearly told the world of the coming of His Son. All of the Apostles had witnessed Jesus praying to the Father and talking to the Father, and in fact, Jesuss final words were, My God, My God why have you forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46; Mark 15:34), not Myself, myself, why have I forsaken myself? Once again, let me state that God was not killed by man and He did not forsake Himself! As absurd as this teaching was, Satan belly-laughed at the heavens, because he showed that through force and fear, he could bring confusion by turning God into Jesus and Jesus into God; the image of God would be worse than the images of silver and stone; it would be a three-headed transformer that was a mystery to all.

Again, I point out that not even Jesus knew the hour and the day of the end times, and in Mark 12:32, He stated, No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (Mark 13:32). Therefore, it had to be a very separate Father and a Son. All of this is ridiculous to me to even talk about, for it is so clear that God is God and Jesus is His Son. In John Chapter 8, Jesus' own authority was questioned, and He said, In your own Law it is written that the testimony of two men is valid. I am one who testifies for myself; my other witness is the Father, who sent me. (John 8:17,18) Jesus Himself is once again telling us that there are two separate witnesses here. With so many references listed, why does a man-made teaching want to make the Father and His only Son one being with the same power? The only way that they are one is in purpose. My children and I have the same purpose but no one calls me Michael, nor does anyone attempt to call Michael or Michelle Elizabeth the Mother. One of the clearest arguments is in John 10:31-35 where the Pharisees were about to stone Jesus because they believed that He was claiming exactly what the trinity teaches -- claiming to be God Himself! Read what Jesus says here:

Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus said to them, I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me? We are not stoning you for any of these, replied the Jews, but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God. Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your Law, `I have said you are gods'? If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came-and the Scripture cannot be broken-what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, `I am God's Son?

So, what happened here? The preachers of the day were going to stone Jesus Christ for claiming that He was God the Father, and Jesus said, I am Gods Son. (I am Gods Son not the Father!!!) Are you going to try to argue with the Bible and Jesus Himself who said that He was not the Father but was the Son of God? What man-made teaching is higher than the Sacred Word of God? Wake up from the matrix and escape this intoxication of madness taught by the Great Prostitute (Revelation 17 reference to the counterfeit church). What is it that you keep stumbling on? Is it: But how could so many be wrong? Please know that more have believed that Jesus was the Son of God than believe the Trinitarian view. But, if you feel in the minority right now, please remember the flood, please remember the fall of Jerusalem, and please remember that Jesus started the church over with 120 believers (Acts 1:15) after a three-year ministry that affected thousands. Small is not wrong it is opposite world. Small and narrow is the road that leads to life (Matthew 7:14). Look for the narrow road, the road less traveled, for the truth of God and for eternal salvation.

Then the end will come, when he [Jesus] hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. For he [Jesus] must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death. For he [God] has put everything under his feet. Now when it says that everything has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all. (1 Corinthians 15:24-28) God gave Jesus all authority over man, but God did not give Jesus authority over Himself. It has always been clear that God is not under Jesus feet.

God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one in purpose. Yet, where Jesus' will did not line up with the Father's, through sweat drops of blood, Jesus submitted and said: yet not my will, but yours be done (Luke 22:42) - indicating there are two separate beings, and indicating that the will of the Father reigned.

There is one God; and God the King has given His Son, Jesus Christ, all authority over heaven and earth. So, if our God says to worship and bow down to His Son as well as Himself, we had best do it! The passages to back up this truth - that God gave His Son all this authority - are too numerous to reference, but here are just a few: John 17:1-2; Revelation 2:26-27; Matthew 28:18. God has allowed kings and royalty here on earth, and there is no one who cannot understand that the king's son is royalty, no matter what age. Who in today's world does not understand the position of Prince William to Prince Charles? No one has ever argued that Prince William is NOT royalty, entitled to the full respect of his position from those in his kingdom. Just because God, through His inspired Word, called Jesus His Son, it does not negate Jesus' royalty, deity, position, power, and authority, and it does not make Him inferior. Everyone in Jerusalem bowed to both King David and his son, Solomon.

Jesus Christ is our God and Savior. See the Essence of God illustration. This is obvious. God is the Father, and Jesus respectfully calls YHWH his God over and over (Matthew 27:46, Mark 15:35, John 20:17). Jesus has been given all authority over us, and so He has been made our God by God the Father. And what does Jesus command us to do? To obey God the Father and pray that His Kingdom come and that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Jesus was given this position because He handled it correctly (Hebrews 5:7-10). The few references of Jesus as God to us do not force one to believe that Jesus is the Heavenly Father because, again, Jesus IS royalty, because ALL authority has been given to Him by the Father and every knee will bow to our God and Savior, Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:1). Therefore, Jesus is my Lord, my Savior, and my God. Please do not throw out the many references that say, Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:3). What authority Jesus uses has been given to Him. Jesus Himself taught us how to pray to the Father: your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Jesus lived to give it all back to the Father, and His food truly was to do the will of the Father and to finish His work (John 4:34). Jesus lived out a sacrificial life to show us how to seek God the Father and His wishes first, and then everything else would be added to you.

So, what is the problem? Why would someone want to destroy what Jesus lived for making God Almighty the Lord of All and teaching us to make God Sovereign?
