Welcome to this website (hereinafter referred to as the "site"), which is owned and operated by the International Rugby Board and/or its associated companies, their subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies (collectively the "IRB"). The IRB maintains the site as a service to its visitors, subject to the following Terms & Conditions concerning the use of the site.

Acceptance:
By accessing this site and/or any pages thereof you signify your agreement with, understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all information pertaining to both this site and any material on it. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and/or specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ireland without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
