Infravio Ensemble is a product suite that provides Xtended Web Services management. It combines Infravio X-registry, Infravio X-broker and Infravio X-console to deliver a powerful solution for Web Services asset management, delivery management and operations management. Each product of the Suite can be used independently or in any combination.

The product suite's modular and expandable architecture allows easy integration with 3rd party software to extend product functionality and power an SOA.

Infravio X-registry – Web Services Asset Management
The Infravio X-registry provides companies with an online catalogue, a single point of access for information about all Web Services in the enterprise. Companies can now promote and facilitate the use and reuse of their Web Services while ensuring proper control and support.

A corporate metadata repository, X-registry can exist on its own, or can function as a federated registry, providing a consolidated view of existing UDDI and ebXML registries within an enterprise. Infravio X-registry stores both technical and business specifications. It contains information about Provider and Consumer applications and the Web Services Delivery Contracts™ that have been established to govern their relationship.

X-registry provides a roles-based user interface for four groups of IT professionals – Providers, Consumers, Administrators, and Operations managers – enforcing a process workflow for authorization, lifecycle management, and support so companies can 'govern' their Web Services assets.

Inravio X-broker – Web Services Delivery Management
The Infravio X-broker manages four critical areas of Web Services delivery between the Provider and Consumer applications – Security, Business Process Optimization, Connectivity Integration, and Operational Management.

• Security – X-broker provides secure Web Services communications between the Service Consumer and the Service Provider focusing on message level security as well as access authorization and authentication.
• Business Process Optimization – Based on business rules, X-broker can drive Business Process Optimization for such things as content based routing, business alerts, preferential QoS, Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and Billing and Metering.
• Integration Connectivity – X-broker makes it easy to connect disparate applications using Web Services by providing data transformation, transport brokering, and a scheduling function.
• Operational Management – X-broker provides basic console functions for Web Services monitoring, logging and alerts. The X-broker can also send events through its JMX server to other consoles such as the Infravio X-console offered in partnership with NetIQ to deliver high availability and performance.

Infravio X-console – Web Services Operations Management
The Infravio X-console is a full-featured operational management console offered in partnership with NetIQ. It is the premiere solution for assuring the performance and availability of your Web Services through proactive monitoring, quick diagnostics and recovery. X-console helps optimize the utilization and productivity of your Web Services through advanced reporting, analysis and automation. The X-console can monitor all IT resources involved in providing Web Services such as application servers, data bases or network components. This holistic view ensures easier diagnostic and root-cause analysis of any problems.

Infravio Wrappers
Infravio Web Services Wrappers allow you to browse application program interfaces (APIs) or metadata, import them into InfravioÕs Metadata Repository, and expose them as native Web Services.

Infravio Orchestrator
The Infravio Orchestrator is a Web Services Orchestration engine that allows developers and analysts to model complex business processes and create composite applications. Analysts can import multiple Web Services into the Orchestrator's drag and drop environment, combine them and deploy them as a single Web Service.
