HIV Protein Visualization: 3D CHIME Scripts

CHIME is a program that allows you to view protein structures in 3D. CHIME works as a NetScape PlugIn and can be downloaded at the CHIME homepage. Note: Chime requires Netscape 3.0 and works best with Netscape 3.0.1 or higher

• Interactive Biochemistry Includes several CHIME scripts. One is a 3D representation of HIV-1 protease and its complex with Crixivan (a protease blocker). This site is easy to follow and requires little knowledge of chemistry.
