When you retain us as your attorney, we will discuss the law with you, and how it
relates to your situation. We will listen to you and we will develop realistic
expectations and a plan of action.
We believe that negotiation is frequently the most prompt and efficient means of
reaching your goal. However, if settlement is not possible, we will pursue your case
aggressively and effectively.
