KIA’S VACATION
Kia recently took a vacation. In Michigan, that often means the COTTAGE! In this case, a cottage on a little lake just an hour north of Grand Rapids, not too far from the Big Lake (Lake Michigan, not the biggest lake, which is Lake Superior). Since Michigan is the Great Lakes State (Great Lakes, Great State . . . check out the quarter), a lakeside cottage vacation is quintessential Michigan R&R. With that comes a little rain, a little humidity, some mosquitoes, lots of pine, and s’mores, of course.
Hope your vacation was as good as Kia’s. Dune rides at Silver Lake, shopping in Ludington and Pentwater, dinner at Hart Pizza (yum!), all slathered with lots of suntan lotion (the Peter Island collection, of course). Fun for the whole family!
