Plant Status Report - Coral Harbour - 613 April 2001
PowerHouse
The plant was built new in 1988. It has adequate capacity and sufficient space for well into the
future. A PLC was installed in 1997. This is a good design - simple and functional.
Storage Facilities
The storage consists of the adjacent warehouse, and two sea containers.
Office Facilities
The office is currently in the adjacent warehouse. This is recently added and suits our
needs well. We use the Northern Store for an agent in Coral.

Fuel Tanks
There is one 90K horizontal tank in a steel berm next to the plant. Our annual supply of
850,000 litres is nominated and delivered by truck.
Capital Work
The PLC was installed in 1997 and a new engine was installed in 1994. In 1997 an
expansion to the warehouse was completed for storage space, garage space for the
Skidozer and transient quarters to replace the existing trailer. These changes should take us well into the future.
Plant Forecast
The present capacity will be sufficient for at least 5 years. The plant is on the edge of town and not a good candidate for residual heat.
Future Work
N/A
