Lost & Found Claims Centre

The Lost & Found service for spectator items operates at Venue Information Booths. As spectators may not re-enter a venue without a ticket, all found items are sent to a central Claims Centre every 24 to 48 hours.

The spectator Lost & Found Claims Centre is located at Vas. Konstantinou 5-7, Athens (opposite Panathanaiko Stadium) and begins operating at 12 noon on Sunday 15th August.

The Centre is open from 09:30 to 16:30 every day during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and from Monday to Friday on other days.

Spectators are requested to wait 48 hours before contacting the Claims Centre, to ensure sufficient time for transport and logging of items from venues.
