|Q:||WILL YOU COME TO MEXICO SOMEDAY?
||A:||It is a possibility.|
|Q:||i found an mp3 of mogwai covering guns'n'roses track "don't cry" but i have no
idea where this came from. the mp3 isn't of great quality (112kbps and it sounds
really quiet) so could this be a live track? i don't think it's a b-side. any
ideas? and same goes for black sabbath's "sweet leaf".
||A:||"Don't Cry' was recorded for a BBC Radio 1 Peel Session a couple of years ago and "Sweet Leaf" was recorded for a Black Sabbath tribute split single with Magoo, which was released on Fierce Panda Records.|
|Q:||Who were the other bands supporting u at sheperds bush empire on 14th april
||A:||They were PART CHIMP and Mum (pronounced Moom)|
|Q:||Urm, there is in the later part of song 4 "Xmas Steps" from EP+6 an extremely startling ...well... sound that i cannot integrate into the rest of the song, besides from recovering from several heartattacks while listening (yes, i still listen to it, again and again and again). What the heaven makes this sound and what is it for?
||A:||It is the sound of the tape being wound back by hand.Cheers.Stuart
|Q:||Do mogwai, in any way, divided or collectively, consider themselves any kind of a spiritual or religious band? do you believe that your music has, at times an other-worldly power, and do you willingly tap into that, as if to attain anything or praise anything on a sort of 'higher plane?' ||A:||No i'm afraid we don't.Stuart
