Fuel Tanks
Two 90K horizontal tanks are installed in a membrane lined earth berm. Due to the tanks location, immediately above the inlet, environmental liability should be considered high.
Capital Work
New plant was completed in 1992/93 fiscal year. Three existing Cat units were relocated to the new plant. A new D3512 was installed and is the prime unit.
Plant Forecast
Capacity of the plant is adequate for the foreseeable future. The plant is located outside the community and there are minimal possibilities with regards to heat recovery. Continued expansion of the community towards the plant may result in some potential systems.
Future Work
The building is adequate for the foreseeable future and any additional capacity
requirements will fit easily into the existing structure. The property should be fenced to
reduce the chance of vandalism on the two fuel tanks. No additional capacity is required within the foreseeable future.
