What is the Crucible?

The Crucible is a newsletter for those interested in the intricasies of the fantasy role-playing world of Talislanta. Within The Crucible's pages you will find articles and artwork detailing the Talislanta game world, snippets from Tamerlin's Chronicles, original artwork and fiction by Tal fans, alternative rules systems, and more. If you are new to the Talislanta setting, then The Crucible is perfect for you. If you are an old veteran to the Talislanta setting, then The Crucible is perfect for you!

How do I Subscribe?

The Crucible will be produced bi-monthly with a bonus issue that could happen at any point during the year. Each issue of The Crucible costs $1.50, but subscriptions cost $10.00/year. If you would like to subscribe please send a signed statement that you would like to do so, and a personal check or money order for $10.00 to:

For those residing outside the U.S., the subscription rate is only $11.75 U.S. dollars.

Submission Guidelines

If you would like to submit articles, fiction or artwork dealing with the Talislanta game setting, realize that no responsibility for such submissions can be assumed by the publisher in any event. However, if you really want to see your work go to print please send a self-addressed-stamped-envelope with your submission to Jai Kel at the address above.
