What's New?
Version 5.01b now available! | posted on 2004-02-08 @ 00:49:20 |
This version is a minor update. It only has fixes for the problems people have been having with the radio/checkbox/select validators. All other issues still apply.
Can I say my new host rules? | posted on 2004-02-08 @ 02:09:42 |
My new webhost is 1 & 1 Internet and I'd just like to take a quick moment to tell you guys how much I think they rock.
I moved both my domains over to their servers, uploaded my data, setup 3 FTP accounts, 4 email addresses, 2 catch-alls, 3 protected directories, and 2 subdomains in about an hour. They have, by far, the easiest control panel I've ever used. I even use them now as my domain registrar - only $5.88 per year! Seriously, they have a fantastic system and I even got someone on the phone inside of 2 minutes when I called.
If you need hosting or even a managed server, check out 1&1 - they have some great prices and fantastic technology. Plus, they have an affiliate program - so if you guys (or gals
) sign up using that link up there, I get money - all of which will go towards supporting fValidate. I know I sound like a sellout, but I'm really not. I'd tell you about 1&1 even if they didn't have an affiliate system - but they do, which makes them that much cooler!
Back online, finally. | posted on 2004-02-07 @ 16:06:42 |
Sorry it's taken so long to get the site back up. I'd explain why, but you'd be bored by it all anyways.
So, I've obviously moved hosts, and hopefully no links are broken or anything. I AM AWARE of the radio/checkbox issue and will be uploading a fix for that soon.
I've never been busier, so please hang in there
Small Bug | posted on 2003-10-13 @ 19:01:46 |
Hey all.
The version of 5.00b I uploaded on 10/5 had a small bug when Group Error Mode was enabled, relating to select elements.
If you downloaded 5.00b on or between 10/5 and 10/10 then please re-download this version to get the bug fix.
Thanks.
New website, new fValidate! | posted on 2003-10-06 @ 02:49:41 |
Yay! It's been months and months since I first decided to completely rewrite fValidate, and now it's finally done!
I'm still doing some simple tests on this version, but I didn't want to delay it's release any longer -- I just got sick of putting it off.
In addition to the script being vastly improved, the documentation on this website is far more complete than the previous iteration. If there's something I've missed covering, please let me know
All my content is being stored as XML, which means I'll be able to provide some of the documentation as PDF files fairly effortlessly after a while. Please let me know if you find anything fishy, and enjoy!
