DIGITAL LIBRARY

Are you unable to access the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library?
In order to access the digital library, you must have a valid IEEE Web Account set up and have an electronic subscription to the publication you are attempting to access.  All of our online publications require electronic subscriptions except Computer magazine, which is FREE to all IEEE Computer Society members.  If you have a paper subscription to a publication you will not be able to access it online unless you upgrade your paper subscription to a combination subscription.

If you have a IEEE Web Account set up but you are unsure of the subscriptions that you have please click here to review your current subscriptions.

You can subscribe to IEEE Computer Society periodicals online, via fax or paper mail.  If you subscribe online you will get immediate access to the digital library.  If you subscribe via fax or paper mail it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to process your request for access.  To subscribe to publications or change your current subscriptions please click here

If you have already paid for an electronic subscription and are unable to access the publication online please note that it takes approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of your request (if you subscribed via fax or paper mail) for you to be granted digital library access.  If it has been over 2 months since you paid for digital library access please contact member.services@ieee.org to check on the status of your subcription(s).

MEMBERSHIP

Do you want to apply for membership in the IEEE Computer Society?
You can apply for membership Online, via Fax or paper Mail.  Applying for membership online at the IEEE Computer Society web site gives you immediate access to online member services and the digital library.  If you apply via fax or paper mail it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to process your membership application.  You will receive a welcome kit along with your member number in the mail after about 4 weeks.  You will not be able to register for a IEEE Web Account or utilize any online member services until your application has been fully processed even if you have your membership card.
