Vic has won every honour available in the domestic game during his 17-year association with Arsenal Ladies, and last year guided them to the league and cup ‘double’ for the fourth time in his career.
As a result he will be leading the side into Europe again to compete in the Women’s UEFA Cup, a competition in which Arsenal reached the last four in 2002/03.
In all Vic has won 19 major honours at Arsenal, including six championships. He initially combined the role of head of Arsenal’s community department with managing Arsenal Ladies, however for the last few years Vic has managed the Ladies alongside his position as first team kit manager.
A former player with Cambridge United and Watford, Vic is an astute footballing tactician and knowledgeable boss, with a tremendous record in FA Cup Finals, having won all six he has reached.
