Matchday Hospitality Package - £225 + VAT per person
The matchday hospitality package takes place in the Mezzanine Suite, which is situated in the South Stand. It is designed to offer a full day of corporate entertainment for you and your clients. The match tickets are located in the North Bank and your allocated hostess will escort you to and from your seats.

The Seasonal Corporate Hospitality package at Arsenal Football Club takes place in the Mezzanine Suite, which is located in the South Stand. The package includes all Premiership home games and you are able to choose your seats for the season.
You will also be offered first option on hospitality packages for all cup games at Highbury along with many discounted rates available only to season package holders.
Additionally, should we reach the semi-final or final of any European or domestic cup competition, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase match tickets (numbers equivalent to the amount of corporate seats that you hold).

Matchday Hire:
Executive Boxes at Highbury are amongst the best in the Premiership. Located in the South Stand (Clock End), the package offers a waitress served four course meal from within your box and external seating on a balcony directly outside.
The boxes provide a superb environment for entertaining key clients at the very highest level combining first class corporate facilities with the exclusive atmosphere of watching some of the world's top footballers in action.

The Matchball Sponsorship is an exclusive package that allows the guests into areas which otherwise only players, directors and officials have access to.
In addition to a tour incorporating the dressing room and boot room, you also have the opportunity to watch both teams arrive from the luxury of the famous Marble Halls. A player will then present you with a signed football. A souvenir photograph will also be taken to commemorate the occasion which we will have signed by the player and sent to you at a later date.
The first class seats for the game are situated in the Executive Suite of the West Upper stand. After the game your hostess will escort you to the exciting post match atmosphere of the Mezzanine Lounge.

| THE CHAPMAN LOUNGE | |
The Chapman Lounge is a glass fronted self-contained lounge, which is situated in the corner of the South and West stands, and offers first class views of the pitch.
The 20 guests remain in the lounge throughout the game and a buffet is served prior to kick-off. Refreshments are also served at half time and full time.
Please be advised that the Chapman Lounge is also used as a studio for live TV coverage. Therefore, if your preferred fixture is chosen as a live game, you may lose use of the lounge. An alternative arrangement will be offered, subject to availability.

The Stadium
The construction of Arsenal's £357M new stadium project is now underway. Situated on 31 acres of land and located only 300 metres from its current home in Highbury, Islington, Arsenal's new home is set to become one of the leading sporting venues in the country.
With an increase capacity from 38,000 to 60,000 The Stadium will provide excellent facilities for the manager, the team and the fans and with this comes the expansion of the corporate and premium facilities.
Corporate Facilities
The Stadium incorporates corporate and premium facilities on the central tiers of the unique bowl design. 150 corporate boxes will accommodate 2000 guests in 10, 12 or 15 seater boxes. There will be an additional 7,000 Club Level seats that will allow exclusive access to the bars and restaurants at that level which will be priced from circa £2,500 - £5,000 per season.
Sales for the Corporate Boxes are now in progress, with sales for the Club Level seats expected to commence in the autumn. There will a priority structure for sales of Club Level seats in place which will allow Debenture holders, Executive Club Members and Season Ticket Holders first options, following this they will be released on general sale.

Prices
Due to the unique bowl design of the stadium every box is different and each box is therefore individually priced based on the number of seats and facilities available. Prices start from £65,000 + VAT per season to be taken on 3 or 5 year licences.

Please download the reservation form to make a hospitality booking. Terms and conditions are provided on the second page for your reference.
The reservation form must be completed in full and include payment details, any forms that are not completed in full will not be accepted. Please either fax back or post back to the hospitality department and we will then confirm your reservation to you in writing only.

Application & Payment
All applications for hospitality must be received by completing the reservation form in full. Payment details must be included at time of application in order to secure a reservation and payment will be withdrawn immediately. No reservations will be accepted without payment details.
Confirmation of Reservation
All hospitality is subject to availability and any booking requests are not confirmed until a written letter of confirmation is sent.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at least 28 days prior to the fixture to receive a full refund. Cancellations received 15-27 days prior to the fixture will be subject to a 50% charge of the total cost; cancellations received on day 14 and thereafter will be subject to full payment. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone.
Fixture Dates
All fixture dates are subject to change. Should the situation arise where a fixture is changed you will be offered the option to retain the reservation, change to an alternative fixture (subject to availability) or claim a full refund. The Arsenal Football Club plc cannot reimburse any additional costs occurred as a result.
Fixture Times
All fixture times are subject to change. Should a fixture change to an earlier or later kick-off the food and drink package may be changed and will be of the same value as previously offered. Alcohol will be served in accordance with the licencing law. Should the situation arise where a fixture time is changed you will be notified in writing. The Arsenal Football Club plc cannot reimburse any additional costs occurred as a result, offer any discount or provide a full refund.
Tickets
Due to the high demand at Arsenal, for larger group bookings it is not guaranteed that you will all be seated together in the ground. Tickets will be allocated as close together as possible. This does not effect your dining arrangements.
Away Supporters
Reservations from away supporters in the corporate hospitality facilities will be taken at the clubs discretion. All corporate hospitality seating allocation is in the home supporter's stands and away supporting guests must be respectful of this. Any guest who does not adhere to this will be ejected from the stadium.
Resale Policy
Facilities are not for resale or sublet by the purchaser for the receipt of payment except with the express consent of The Arsenal Football Club plc or the resale or sublet is arranged for the purchaser by The Arsenal Football Club plc.
For reservations made with the sole purpose of resale we require the following additional information to be provided on time of booking:
1. Agencies making reservations on behalf of a client who pays a retainer or are their nominated agency, proof of the agency-client relationship must be provided. Written confirmation must be provided by the client on application. No reservations will be accepted without this.
2. Agencies that are not on a retainer are permitted to resell the packages at a maximum of 10% increase on the cost charged by Arsenal. In addition the clients name and data must be provided on application, including full contact details.
All reservations are taken entirely at the Club's discretion. If the resale policy is not being adhered to Arsenal retain the right to withdraw the reservation at any time without a full refund guaranteed.
