use: wrap the Seat Belt Snuggle around your seat belt and
use the bobbles as buttons*. Each time you belt yourself
in, adjust the position of the Snuggle to cushion your neck
the buttonholes slip off the bobbles too easily, try stuffing
yarn scraps into the bobble from behind. If the scraps will
not stay in the bobble, use some thread to sew up the opening.
