Krankies Television
UK, ITV (Border), Children's sketch, Colour, 1989
Starring: The Krankies, Russel Lane

Three series in which the Krankies supposedly opened up their own satellite TV station, Krankie Television, broadcasting their usual merry madness via such programmes as a fund-raising Krankathon and the blockbuster movies Indiana Jimmy And The Temple Of Dougal and Jim Tracy. Other regular characters seen lending a 'helping' hand were Aunt Maud, Grannie, Jessie, Bernard Birdbrain and Dougal McDougal. Somewhat surprisingly, the usually deadpan Magnus Magnusson made two appearances as himself.

Researched and written by Mark Lewisohn.
