Cade: In the ring, Rob Eckos is known as the most conceited wrestler around. Elaborate on your character.

Eckos: Hmmm, well basically its just an extension of me but to the fullest extent. Cocky, conceited and thinks that every girl wants him.

Cade: After taining in New Jersey, you were automatically provided the opportunity to wrestle for the IWF following your graduation from the school. Yet, you decided to take another route. Why?

Eckos: Well basically I worked for them for about a year and a half but it came to a point where I had to get my name out there but was restricted to do so. Therefore, I had to take matters into my own hands and leave.

Cade: You have a rather quick up-tempo style in the ring. Why do you choose to wrestle the way you do?

Eckos: Well I wrestle that way because that is the way my attitude is quick and upbeat. I just kinda like to keep things moving.

Cade: What sort of things do you do conditioning wise to help you?

Eckos: A LOT..I workout about six days a week--I lift heavy. For conditioning, I do much cardiovascular training and really keep my body healthy by eating right.

Cade: In the short time you've been in the business, you've worked for such groups as the East Coast Wrestling Association, Jersey All Pro Wrestling and 3PW. What do you find is the biggest difference in some of the promotions you've worked for as compared to others?

Eckos: Well the biggest difference between promotions is organization. Some promotions have it and some do not. By this I mean everything is setup weeks in advance, everything to run smoothly, etc, etc...and the king of this is Jim Kettner, ECWA Promoter.

Cade: How as being the current LightHeavyweight Champion in both JCW and SSCW, affected your career?

Eckos: Well it hasn't really. Its cool to be the champ of those promotions but it hasn't really done anything for my career. Champ or non-champ, I would be where I am.

Cade: What's the most memorable experience you've had in the ring thus far in your career?

Eckos: The most memorable experience is hard to say as I have really had so many. For me, mostly every experience in this business has been memorable.

Cade: I understand you were one of the independent wrestlers who filmed a commercial for this year's WWE Royal Rumble. Describe that experience.

Eckos: Well, it was great, was treated well and taken care of very generously as was everyone else involved. I'd do it again in a second.

Cade: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Eckos: Honestly, this business is so odd that I really don't know but I hope healthy, and in a full time wrestling position.
