WHAT
IS "RED COLLAR CRIME? They are
white
collar crimes when people die and there
are no criminal charges against the "Corporate Executives",
responsible (162).
Such crimes are usually "Cloaked in a Veil of Secrecy" (1).
Did you not ever wonder why corporate executives are not charges
with homicide or manslaughter for the crimes they commit with their
corporations?

Michael McCann, a longtime district attorney
of Milwaukee County, said he has prosecuted more than 10 corporations for
reckless homicide over the last two decades and has won every case.
Wood
said it is not always fair or even legally possible to charge company
officials (162). The movie, "Class
Action" (starring Gene Hackman) is a classic example. A company
knew that people would die, but it was cheaper to pay the wrongful
death suits than to have a recall. So that was what they did and
it was exposed in a court case, that the movie is based on. The point
being that no criminal charges were filed. Not even for a "Failure
in a Duty to Rescue (57),
let alone manslaughter. Other cultures simply call such people, "Infidels".
Defined as "an individual (or group of
people) that fail in their moral obligation
to their fellow man". The fact that someone
would even argue the legal aspect of "a duty to rescue" (57)
just boggles the minds of some cultures. And my mind as well. We have to change the "corporate personhood " so that corporate executives can be held criminally liable for the crimes and murders that they commit with their corporations ().
