WITH HER transpacific charms, Jasmine Trias has mesmerized
the whole nation. From the sun-drenched shores of Hawaii to
the hills of Hollywood to the 7,107 islands of the Philippines,
flower power owes its resurgence to the enchanting powers
of Jasmine Trias.
Jasmania in Manila has started the minute she set foot on
the "American Idol" stage, subject to the vitriol
of Simon, Randy and Paula. Now pitching a whole slew of products
from floral shirts to french fries, Jasmine is barely taking
five from her first major concert to be staged tonight at
the Araneta Coliseum.
We stalked Jasmine Trias from Singapore to Manila, followed
her from Mc Donald's in South Super to her Bench autograph
signing spree in SM Megamall like a deranged fan hit with
some Jasmanic fever.
Here, she takes time out to sign our guest book while munching
on her Jasmine Trio.

by myself. Privacy is such a luxury now!
The thing that makes me most angry is: No sleep
If I was the most powerful person on earth: I would make
sure that there was no poverty and that everyone would be
living happily ever after.
The best thing about family is: that they're always there
for you no matter what happens and they'll always love you
no matter what.
When I'm gone, they'll probably say: that I was a good person
and that I love what I do.
If money was no option: I would still be doing what I'm doing:
being a singer, a performer, an entertainer
When I retire, I would like: To live in a big house with
my family in Hawaii.
The world would be a much better place if: there was no poverty
and no war.
