SCOUT NIGHT AT THE HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS Friday, Saturday or Sunday, January 14, 15 or 16
Friday & Saturday are in San Jose and Sunday is in Oakland
TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED.
The Globetrotters offer a pre-game photo session and "Globetrotter University" as well as a free patch to all who attend!
PACK T-SHIRT SILK SCREENING Saturday, January 15 at 10:00AM
West Coast Sporting Goods Warehouse in San Leandro
We will be able to order both crew neck sweatshirts and hooded sweatshirts which West Coast will prepare for us. The Scouts will be able to silk screen T-Shirts.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST FUND RAISER Sunday, January 23 at 8:30AM
San Lorenzo Community Church Social Hall
Scouts will be issued tickets to sell in advance. Dens will work a shift: the Scouts seat guests, serve food, bus tables. Adults assist in the kitchen preparing meals and washing dishes. Setup and Cleanup crews are also needed.

This is the 75th Anniversary of Cub Scouts! Cub Scouting began in 1930 and is, in 2005, celebrating its 75th birthday! Pack 603 will include the 75th Anniversary in our Blue and Gold Dinner - be sure to attend!!

Webelos - Dens #5 & #6, Dragon Patrol and Golden Eagle Patrol
Open - everyone else !
Top 4 finishers will be recognized as well as a car in each SCOUT Division for: Most Creative

CUB SCOUT FUNFEST 
Saturday, March 12

Learn about Boy Scouts of America Emergency Preparedness Award. Emergency management, emergency preparedness, and disaster services are common throughout the United States—we take care of each other. By whatever name, these activities encompass mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery related to any kind of disaster, whether natural, technological, or national security. Emergency preparedness means being prepared for all kinds of emergencies, able to respond in time of crisis to save lives and property, and to help a community—or even a nation—return to normal life after a disaster occurs.
It is a challenge to be prepared for emergencies in our world of man-made and natural phenomena. The Emergency Preparedness BSA program is planned to inspire the desire and foster the skills to meet this challenge in our youth and adult members so that they can participate effectively in this crucial service to their families, communities, and nation.
When a Scout has fulfilled the requirements, a completed application is submitted to the council. Upon approval, an Emergency Preparedness pin is awarded. The pin may be worn on civilian clothing or on the uniform, centered on the left pocket flap.

A total of 24 people attended BACK TO SCHOOL DAY WITH THE OAKLAND A'S on Friday, October 1, 2004 at 7:05PM. They watched the A's vs Angels game and enjoyed the firework show afterwards!
