SOUND TIGERS VS. WORCESTER TONIGHT AT 7:05 P.M.
The Bridgeport Sound Tigers take on the Worcester IceCats tonight at 7:05 p.m.. This will be the third of four meetings of the teams this regular season, the second and final in Worcester. The Sound Tigers are 6-3-1 all-time, including 0-2 this season, versus the IceCats.

ALDRIDGE SURGERY A SUCCESS
Sound Tigers veteran defenseman Keith Aldridge underwent successful surgery on his injured right shoulder Wednesday. The surgery was performed by New York Islanders doctors David Gazzaniga & Kenneth Montgomery.
 
 
CAN'T KEEP A GOOD MAN DOWN
(January 31) In the big picture, Blaine Down is going to be all right -- and that's all that really matters. Although he is likely to miss the remainder of the season, Blaine is being released from the hospital this evening and is expected to be able to play hockey again. More than 16,500 fans packed Bridgeport’s Arena at Harbor Yard to see the Sound Tigers win a pair of home games this past weekend. On the heels of a 7-5 road loss to the Providence Bruins Friday, the Sound Tigers beat the Philadelphia Phantoms 2-1 Saturday and the Hartford Wolf Pack 6-4 Sunday to finish last week in sixth place in the East Division with 38 points and a 18-23-1-1 record, including 16-5 at home and 2-18-1-1 on the road.
